Issue with Learning Download Center Access
I am unable to access the Learning Download Center. I would like to request access through the MSLE portal; however, the help link appears to be unavailable, which prevents me from reporting or resolving this issue. Could you please assist me in gaining access or advise on the next steps? Thank you for your support and guidance. Best regards, VjeraSolved126Views1like2CommentsSkillable Labs for AZ-801
Good morning, All, I have a quick question regarding labs for the AZ-801 Cert. When I log into my MSLE account to create a course. I have AZ-800 as a course, but AZ-801 is not listed. I was wonder if MSLE does not offer Labs for the AZ-801 or is this something my college will have to request to be added to our course list. We started offering the AZ-800 & AZ-804. I do have a vendor for our e-books, and they do have their own Labs as part of the Book, but I would like to also Offer official MS labs, for my students. We also Teach MS-102 and MD-102 course, which I would also like to see if MSLE has those Labs as well. Thank you and Information. Hello, I have a question regarding the Microsoft Learn for Educators program. I am already an MSLE member through my work with a high school and a university. In addition, I am the president of the Horyzont Wiedzy Association (https://horyzontwiedzy.edu.pl), a non-profit organization whose statutory mission is to promote knowledge in the field of IT. I am also a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), working professionally in IT while engaging in education additionally and out of passion. Until now, I have used the Microsoft Learn for Educators program while teaching at a university and a high school. Recently, however, I have developed the idea of organizing AZ-900 – Fundamentals of Microsoft Azure classes in my city, offered pro bono through our association, for students from different schools and universities where I am not formally employed. Sometimes teachers are reluctant to conduct cloud-related classes because they are not familiar with the technology, whereas I work with cloud solutions professionally and can share practical, hands-on knowledge with students. Our intention is strictly non-profit: we want to provide students with access to cloud knowledge, which I have seen is in high demand. Unfortunately, purchasing labs for students via ALH is financially challenging for our association, so we would like to rely on MSLE resources during these sessions. I would therefore like to ask whether a non-profit association, which is not a registered school, may join the Microsoft Learn for Educators program and use its resources exclusively for educational activities offered to schools and universities. Thank you in advance for your guidance and any information regarding the possibility of cooperation. P.s I am aware that laboratories are not required for the AZ-900 courses, but they provide students with the opportunity to experience the cloud not only in theory and words, but also in a practical, hands-on way.SolvedUnable to Access Learning Download Center
Folks, I hope you're well. Its been a while (10 years precisely) since I last had my MCT credentials. I took a different learning path and pursued my PhD and meanwhile a lot has changed. The old transcripts, badges, certifications are gone The old portal is gone, and despite trying everything that I could possibly think of, I am unable to get my old credentials on the new portal (although all of my certifications are expired, but having no record of them means my profile appears as that of a beginner). Obviously, Access to MCT and LDC is gone. However, recently I decided to get my MCT renewed, and of course for that I must offer the course as per the requirement. One of my colleagues got our university registered as the Microsoft Academy and I am added as an Instructor (profile verified already). Now, the portal allows me to register for the course ( Develop Generative AI Solutions with Azure OpenAI Service, AI-050) that I am planning to offer in the upcoming quarter), but unfortunately, I have no access to MCT Portal (very obvious) and even to Learning Download Center (which is concerning, since I'm a verified instructor, and need the official resources to prepare and deliver). I was wondering if you could please point me in the right direction. Thanks Best Regards P.S. I still believe that miracles do happen, and every once in a while posts like this once land directly in Admin's inbox. Is it too much to ask for? probably. Is it impossible to get it sorted? Not really.Solved122Views0likes1CommentMSLE Portal isn't working

Our institution has been officially accepted into the Microsoft Learn for Educators (MSLE) program under the Educational Institution Option, as confirmed by Rachel MSLE. However, we are currently facing the following issues: Email Verification Failure: When attempting to log in to the MSLE portal using our institution email (the same one submitted during nomination), we receive the error: "Your Institution Email could not be verified!" Support Case Submission Blocked: The portal does not allow us to create a new support case. It appears stuck or unresponsive when trying to initiate a support request. Form Submission Confusion: Although the form was accepted after login, the system still blocks access and does not recognize the verified email. We have followed all the steps outlined in the welcome and onboarding emails, including reviewing the program guide and attempting to join the MSLE Community. However, due to the above issues, we are unable to proceed further. We kindly looking for assistance in resolving the email verification and support case submission issues. If possible, maybe MSLE program direct contact or support channel (email or otherwise) where we can escalate this matter. Thank you for your help.Solved335Views1like8CommentsMicrosoft Education Tenant
Hi Could it be that the Microsoft Education Tenant is no longer in use and that all communication now goes through this new MSLE Community? Last year I had to select to be added to the Microsoft Education Team. So I got connected (I suppose) to the tenant with the name "Microsoft Education Tenant". Picture above from last year. At the moment I see only a very clean Teams: So if the Teams is no longer in use, could I or it be removed? If it's still being used, then I probabbly don't have correct access anymore. Hello, My name is America Cobb. I am a U.S. military veteran and wounded warrior. I sustained serious injuries from an IED explosion—including traumatic brain injury, damage to my left eye, shoulder trauma, and a robotic prosthetic in my right arm. Despite these challenges, I remain committed to national security and remote defense work. Years ago, while stationed in Germany, I was part of a Wounded Warrior Project unit that received a visit from Microsoft leadership. The CEO himself showed deep support for soldiers with cognitive injuries and mobility constraints. He offered jobs to many of us—even before we officially transitioned out—and provided special access cards for remote training. I was one of those recipients. Unfortunately, due to repeated hospitalizations and relocations, I lost that card and have been unable to reconnect with the program. I’m now trying to start from scratch and requalify for remote surveillance and threat detection roles using Microsoft Sentinel. I have prior exposure to the platform from my military service, but I’ve forgotten everything and need structured, beginner-level training. I’m willing to pay for certification or diploma-level access if needed. My goal is to work remotely in high-impact surveillance roles. I’ve already researched viable paths in: Remote Surveillance Defense Systems Security Missile Telemetry & Threat Detection If anyone here—especially someone familiar with Sentinel training—can guide me toward a structured path to learn and certify, I would be deeply grateful. I’m not asking for charity. I’m asking for a chance to re-enter the mission with dignity and purpose. I want to volunteer if possible at Microsoft remotely to gain experience at no charge. Respectfully, Wounded Warrior BA Oregon State UniversitySolvedAzure for Students - Locations now restricted by policy
I have been using Azure for Students with my students and recently i noticed that resource locations of new resources are now restricted by a policy. In addition allowed locations vary between different student accounts so you have to check allowed locations with each student.
