D365 CSP Embed Licenses (Legacy → NCE): Is Admin Center Reassignment Required if Capacity Exists?
We are managing a CSP‑managed tenant that uses Dynamics 365 embedded licenses (for example, Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise embedded, Dynamics 365 Customer Service embedded, or other service‑provisioned Dynamics entitlements). In this tenant: Legacy CSP subscriptions exist for the Dynamics 365 embedded licenses Equivalent NCE subscriptions are ordered (or will be ordered) with equal or greater capacity Migration tooling is not available for these embedded Dynamics SKUs In Microsoft 365 Admin Center, these licenses: Are not user‑assignable Do not show a Legacy vs NCE distinction Based on Microsoft Partner Center and NCE documentation, it appears that Dynamics 365 embedded licenses are service‑provisioned, and that entitlement is governed by the subscription lifecycle, not by user‑level license assignment. We are trying to confirm the following for Dynamics 365 embedded licenses: No reassignment in Microsoft 365 Admin Center is required when transitioning from Legacy CSP to NCE, as long as sufficient NCE capacity exists. Entitlement will automatically continue or transition at legacy expiration or renewal based on the subscription lifecycle. Partner Center (and CSP billing systems) are the authoritative source for Legacy vs NCE status, rather than the customer Admin Center UI. Is there is an official Microsoft document that explicitly confirms this behavior for embedded licenses? Microsoft Support has unfortunately not been helpful in this process. Thank you.SolvedLindsay_McCarthy1Mar 05, 2026Copper Contributor190Views1like3CommentsAzure Plan NCE Pricelist Download
Dear community, Hope you are doing great. We are a Distributor (ex. Indirect Provider) and we recently discovered a change in terms of Pricing in Partner Center, and more specifically when it comes to Azure Plan Pricelists download. Usually, we were able to download the respective Azure Plan pricelist as a Category under the NCE option. However, what we see now is an option in Beta which redirects us to the Azure Portal. Could you please be so kind to help us identify how will we be able to download the CSV Azure Plan Pricelists as we were doing couple months ago? Thank you so much in advance for your assistance! Dear community, We are a Distributor (ex. Indirect Provider) and we are having few customers with renewals on discontinued products. In detail, one of these products is POWERPLATFORM - Power Apps per app plan (SKU: CFQ7TTC0LHQM:0001), where the partners have autorenew enabled. So we want to be 100% sure that these partners that are having autorenew enabled will be able to renew their subscription without issues. Thank you in advance! Hello, I don't have full answer in the artice https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/maker/data-platform/data-platform-restricted-entities . 1. I need to clarify if a Power Apps Premium licensed user can create, edit and close opportunities. -> Sales tables (Lead,Opportunity, Quote...) are not listed 2. Also would it be possible for a Power Pages Authenticated (internal User) to close a case. -> It says about "Power Apps, Power Automate, or Copilot Studio licensed" but Power Page is not listed. Any help is welcomed :) Kind regards,Solvedjmagnier74May 01, 2025Copper Contributor247Views0likes3CommentsLicensing M365 Business Premium with Exchange Online Plan 2
Hi all, at the moment we are phasing a customers question about mixing an M365 Business Premium plan with a Exchange Online Plan 2, and we are not sure if this will work together. The Customer has E3 licenses at the moment and want to decrease them to Business Premium but he has some users with more than 50GB of E-Mail Space and now he came up with the idea of mixing Business Premium with Exchange Online Plan 2, to get a E-Mail Space of 100GB. Is this combination possible or do you know an other combinations to achive that? Many Thanks ChristophSolvedChristophWannerFeb 20, 2025Copper Contributor1.4KViews0likes6CommentsTeam member + Project plan 3 to access Project Online functionality

Dear Community, happy holiday to everybody! We need to make a decision on a subscription cancellation, and our Finance DPT has the impression that as part of a past cancellation within the 7 days window, we have not received a full refund. Let's say that on 09:00 am we created a new NCE subscription. However, around noon, we received the info that we have to cancel it. The question: except from the 7 days/168 hours cancellation window, is there any other hour limitation withing the same day of cancelling a subscription in order to get a whole amount payback? It will be really important for the whole community to understand this point clearly. Thank you in advance for your significant support! Dear community, As we need to plan our offer for a big deal through the CSP channel, could you please help us how is the Office LTSC Standard 2024 being billed? Is it per user or per device/PC? Furthermore, if it is per device/PC, and for example we have 5x PCs, then we should buy 5x different licenses or can we install Office LTSC in more than one PC with just 1x license (something like Multiple Activation Key)? Please help us on this the soonest in order to conclude with the offer submission. Warm regards, NickSolvednick_AnagDec 18, 2024Iron Contributor2.4KViews0likes3Comments
