"You don't have access to this booking page" ERROR
I created eleven (11) Microsoft Bookings pages that my employees use to schedule appointments with customers. We have had intermittent issues with Bookings here and there over the last year. But they either fixed themselves or we just reloaded the employee (or moved them to an incognito browser) & that seemed to fixed the issue. However, access to the "internal admin pages" (i.e. where you add employees, change settings, etc.) for 2 of my Bookings pages "disappeared" more than 10 days ago from everyone's Bookings main screens. The Bookings pages still exist on our company network because when I search for them, I can find them. However, when you click on them, you receive an error message stating, "You don't have access to this bookings page". I am the Admin and creator of all our Bookings pages. I have "Administrator" rights for each page. However, I am not a "Super Administrator" within my company's network, so I am only able to see Bookings sites created within our network that I created. I can access all nine (9) of the other Bookings pages. There are no issues with them. I also cleared my Cache and tried to access the pages in Incognito mode and tried an alternative browser. What is also strange is when I first accessed the Bookings Admin page, both of the pages were on it. However, within 3-4 seconds, they deleted themselves. How do we fix this and get access to these pages? I do not want to have to recreate these pages. Additionally, we have customers already loaded into the inaccessible Bookings page and need to access them. Help, please!13Views0likes0CommentsCan't amend staff hours
I used the Bookable When Staff are Free option on my Services and I now need to change the hours some of my staff work. When I go to edit their hours, I click on Save and the circle whirls around, however when I go back in, the change has not been applied. Are there restrictions on editing staff details if bookings have already been made?11Views0likes0CommentsAppointments not appearing in the calendar
I have just created a new service of 55 minute appointments. When I book appointments, they appear under the Service as "1 out of 3 seats booked" etc, however they do not show on the calendars. I have checked the Service Calendar, the Staff Calendar and the overall Calendar with all filters removed, and there are no appointments anywhere. What could be going wrong here?19Views0likes1CommentCustomer adding multiple attendees emails for invite
I'm trying to set up an option for the customer theirself be able to add more people to the same meeting using the booking page. At this moment, I can only allow one email field to be filled. Is it possible for the customer to add more e-mail addresses for the invite using the booking page?20Views0likes1CommentMicrosoft Bookings does not show correct date for all-day appointment
I set up a service with only pre-defined appointment slots, and I created an appointment that spanned three days, starting on a Tuesday. However, when I tested what it would be like for a user to register, the appointment slot showed up as starting on the day before (i.e. Monday). Moreover, when I registered for the "Monday" appointment, it actually created a new appointment starting on that Monday. That new appointment, in turn, showed up as starting on the day before (i.e. Sunday). As it is, this renders the app almost completely non-functional for my purposes, and I am extremely disappointed.15Views1like0CommentsAppointments in Bookings are no longer synchronized with Apple Calendar
Hello, since macOS Sequoia the appointments in Bookings are no longer synchronized with Apple Calendar on Mac. However, the appointments are synchronized on iOS 18.2 devices. Has anyone else had this problem?18Views0likes0CommentsService that extends over the turn of the day
I need to create a 24 hour service that starts at 6 am, and ends at 6 am 24 hours later - that is, a service that extends over the turn of the day, and starts at a specified time every day. I have played around with every setting I could find, including staff's work hours, but nothing seems to work. Is this at all possible? If not, what could be the best workaround?47Views0likes2CommentsWhere can the automatic email be hiding?
I added an automatic email for one of my "Bookings" appointments last week and want to edit it as I need to add another link. When I went to that booking appointment, I no longer see it from the "Advanced" options, it's gone. Now I'm unsure if the original is still there and will get sent out or if it needs to be added again. Where are those being stored? If it's not showing up, does that mean it got deleted somehow, and if so, why? Please help!22Views0likes0CommentsIssue with Cancellation and Rescheduling for 1:N Service in Microsoft Bookings
Hello, I am experiencing an issue with a service I have created in Microsoft Bookings that allows multiple attendees (1:N). The service is set up to allow customers to book appointments at 09:00 AM or 13:00 PM, with a maximum of 4 attendees per time slot. Issue Details: When a customer books an appointment, the process completes successfully. However, if a second customer books the same time slot and either one tries to cancel or reschedule, they encounter the following errors: Cancellation Error:"Something went wrong. We couldn't book that appointment. Please reload the page and try again." Rescheduling Error:"Someone beat you to it. This time is no longer available. Please choose another one." Observations: If only one person books a time slot and then cancels, the process works without any issues. The problem seems to occur when there are multiple attendees booked for the same time slot. Steps Taken: Verified that the "Maximum number of attendees" is set correctly. Adjusted buffer times before and after appointments. Ensured calendar permissions for staff are correctly set. Advised customers to clear browser cache and cookies, and try different browsers/devices. Despite these efforts, the issue persists. I have many customers who have already booked their appointments, so I would prefer to find a solution without having to recreate the service from scratch. I have created an example booking site to troubleshoot the issue, which mimics the same problem. I will provide the link to this site for your reference. Link Could you please assist in resolving this issue? Any guidance or support would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your assistance.13Views0likes0CommentsWhen scheduling Next Appointment in Bookings in goes to a different user

Bitte um Hilfe.7Views0likes0CommentsSchedules on the booking page do not load
We have a page for scheduling appointments, and this page is not loading the available times nor is it loading the status of the attendant team. For example, when trying to select someone from the team, the status is only "loading" and the person's schedule is not available. I've already checked the settings on the service page, and they're ok. There are no errors, the timetables simply do not load.27Views0likes0CommentsBookings

I found an issue in creating a Booking page for a service of our Company that should be shared to external companies: I am trying to manage the availability of staff members in order to be bookable in specific working hours but the system does not keep the changes I made. If I make the changes (e.g. modify working hours) and try to close the tab without saving, MS Bookings recognises the presence of unsaved changes and asks me if I want to close without saving. I tried to solve this issue by using the Outlook app, trying of different browsers (Edge, Opera and Firefox, updated to the last version) both in regular and incognito mode and after emptying the cache. The problem still persists. Has anyone find a fix for this? Is something I found out after setting up a full service and not being able to complete it would result in a massive waste of time. Thank you in advance,39Views1like2CommentsRequired Field Not Appearing When Booking
I created a custom field requiring an explanation for why the booking is necessary. I selected it, and clicked the required button, however it does not appear on the booking page. How do I make this field appear when booking, and have it be a requirement for the booking to be booked?11Views0likes0CommentsVerify availability in work and personal calendars
I see where this question has been asked several times, but I don't see a resolution yet. I use a 365 Calendar for work (called "Calendar"), which I share with others in my organization. I also have a personal calendar created in the same 365 account (called "Personal"), which I don't share with others. When someone uses Bookings to select a time to meet with me, how do I ensure busy times in both calendars are unavailable?20Views1like0CommentsChanging staff availability after booking page has been published
We have a booking page that has been running for a while. Our departments use it to book a quality audit by the quality team. Due to changes in their availability we now want to change the days where the staff is available in a certain services. For instance: Person A was bookable on monday, wednesday and thursday and will now only be available on mondays. We tried changing the availability through the staff tab. We deleted the days that person A was no longer available and saved the page. However when checking again those changes did not last and the previous availability is still there. Are there other ways in which we need to change that availability or is this the way to go and is there an error that occurs on our end? The motivation for the changes also lies with a default setting from bookings in which Bookings always selects the first available user from the pool when checking alfabetically. Which causes Bookings to mostly end up with one user. We hope to counteract that behavior with the availability changes. Any other workarounds on how to do that are more than welcome!67Views2likes3CommentsCalendar display in MS Bookings
Hi, Im trying to set a service up in Bookings. I can choose the dates when it is possible to make a reservation but the problem is that those dates are in february. Is there a way to only display available dates instead of the hole calendar and having to navigate to february? I have far too many request saying there is no availability because it displays the current month and they don't get that they need to navigate. Thanks,43Views0likes0Comments
