I have set the maximum lead time to 21 days at the moment. Even so, clients are only able to book meetings 7 days in advance. It has been more than 24 hours since I changed the settings. Hi, I can create appointments using the MS Bookings API, for particular staff/customers and services in my configured booking business. However I've noticed that the API call does not stop double bookings of staff from being created (same start/end, same staff/service etc). The MS Bookings user interface does seem to detect duplicate bookings (informing the user that they are too late as the staff member is now busy), whether the appointment is occurring at exactly the same points in time, or starts mid-way through an appointment. (I have tested this via multiple browser tabs at the booking page, booking the same appointment in each.) Inspecting the response in the web browser for the bookings UI shows an API response payload with "error": "Status(StatusCode="FailedPrecondition", Detail="Staff not available" Looking at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/api/bookingbusiness-post-appointments?view=graph-rest-1.0&tabs=httpfor the documentation of the API I've noticed that there is very little in regards non-success responses / error codes / oDataError documentation. In fact nothing at all. The only way around this I can see is that on booking an appointment you have to first check availability, but even that seems to be subject to a potential race condition - given that often the API call takes a few seconds to create the appointment and respond with the details. Does anybody know of a better work-around please, or is there some documentation I am missing, seems like a really important part is missing in the book appointment API -namely it should not proceed and should return an appropriate error message/response if the staff member is not available? Hi all, I am struggling with MS Bookings and Facebook Ads Conversion Pixel: This may be an easy answer - is there any way to add a conversion tracking pixel to the Book button or to the "thank-you" page? If there is not... Does exist any other way or some hack to do this? Maybe with Power Plataform, Suplements or Plugins, some external source like a website or landig page? We are using the booking system for our meeting rooms and the front end works really well but I want to know whether there is an option to see who a booking was made by if it was booked in the calendar in the back end? We have a number of admin staff that will book out the meeting rooms manually and it would appear there has been some confusion on room bookings and we want to know who booked it, they aren't owning up. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get this information or if I can add in a field that needs to be filled in that would determine who it was booked by going forward? Hi, Is it possible for the end user/customer to decide the meeting delivery method. I work in Education and we are working to set up our first booking calendar. Our students can have their appointment face-to-face, online via teams or by phone call. I'm currently setting these up as 3 separate services, with the add online meeting toggle set to on for the online meeting option. Hello, I am trying to add a notification via the confirmation email and where I would like to insert a hyperlink to the text. But It seems like impossible to do it. In fact, I select the text and I click on "Insert link", then a window pops up showing the name box and the link box. But I can't fill in the box with the link. Is there any solution for this issue ?
