Microsoft Bookings Power Automate "Update" trigger not working

I am admin on 13 shared Microsoft Bookings calendars. In each calendar there are 3 admins and 1 team member. Our customers can only book with the team member. On the Business Information settings, the Customer Replies email address is set to the email address of the team member. The calendars have different names to the team members, they use their job titles. Whenever someone replies to a booking or an out of office reply comes, or even a bounceback, they're going to the wrong people. Mostly they come to me, often they're going to email addresses that aren't associated with those calendars in anyway. Example. Booking calendar for jobtitle1 has the following staff attached jobtitle1 manager1 manager2 manager3 Customer books with jobtitle1 and when they hit reply, it sends an email to jobtitle8 - which is in no way attached to this calendar. How is this even possible? When people hit reply or there's bounceback, everything goes wrong. Buenos días, estoy generando un calendario para reservar espacios en mi centro educativo. Hasta ahora tengo generados dos espacios y el horario de reserva para ambos. En servicios incluí ambos espacios así como el horario en el que pueden reservarse. Copie el enlace a las reservas y al calendario en un equipo teams para el profesorado pero no consigo incluir la posibilidad de "recurrencia" programar reservas para el mismo espacio y misma hora durante varias semanas. I am admin on my companies booking calendar, we have multiple technicians that are booked out to services by myself and the scheduler. There are technical team leads that can view their specific team's availability and advise myself and the scheduler for work assignments. Technicians are set up as guests on the calendar to be booked but without being able to view others calendars, team leads are set up as viewers to facilitate advising on scheduling. Recently there have been two technicians that were promoted to team leads, I updated their roles to viewer and they can't see the calendar, they can find it by searching it for name but when they try to open it they are told they don't have access to it. When my staff take vacation, I ask them to book it in their calendars as full-day events and invite me, and I accept as "tentative" just to have that visible block telling me who is out of the office at a glance. Is there a way to have Bookings ignore tentative blocks? Hello, I am facing a problem when checking staff availability for certain service before book an appointment. It looks like the data received at the next request is out of date or possibly cached by the server: graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/solutions/bookingBusinesses/{id}/getStaffAvailability For example, if I book some appointment via the endpoint /appointments I will immediately see the new booking inoutlook.office.com/bookings/calendar, but at the same time, if I invoke a request to check the availability of the assigned person (/getStaffAvailability) I will not see this new appointment, the data will not be updated until a few minutes later. This leads to a double-booking problem for the same timeslot. A few pictures for a better understanding of what I'm talking about: I tried to set cache-control headers "Cache-Control": "no-cache, no-store" to the query, but that didn't work. Hello dear community, I have had a problem since today that when customers book an appointment with me via Bookings, this booking is only displayed in the Bookings calendar and no longer in Outlook (both in the Outlook program and in Outlook Web). Outlook no longer automatically confirms the appointment either. I haven't changed any of the settings and everything worked as usual until yesterday. Is this a general problem? Can someone help me here? I have completed publishing my Outlook Bookings already, however, when I'm trying to update new signatures, said option is unavailable and I can´t even check it off. I find it weird as even older signatures have the option checked, but either way, I cannot uncheck it.- I happen to have 7 signature entries but per my team's guidelines, we shouldn't erase previous signature entries. Hello, My Bookings page freezes and crashes browsers. It will open and display normally but you are entirely unable to click on anything. Here's what I have tested thus far : - Changing the length and type of meetings - Changing the header image - Unlinking any calendar, resetting connections - Deleting any other Bookings calendar my account was associated with Nothing has helped in any way whatsoever. The problem is not related with my institution as all of my colleagues' account work properly, with similar numbers of meeting types. Has anyone else had that issue? Any other elements I should test? Is there a way for all Administrators to receive the emails when an appointment is made? I am the creator of the Bookings and receive updates when an appointment is made/changed/canceled but I would like my administrative assistant, who is also in Bookings as an Administrator, to receive them as well.
