Booking engineers over multiple sites in a single week
Hi all, So I have 5 IT engineers I have added into my staff and 2 sites in my services. An engineer may do Monday and Tuesday at one site and then Wednesday-Friday at the other site. I cannot work out how to only make them bookable at the correct site they are at on that day if anyone can advise? I created a personal booking page. But I do not see the time slots displayed in my calendar and when I go to the booking page, all time are available completely not taking into account the meetings that are already in my calendar. Why in the name of god would you ever design a self booking function that does not look at existing meetings in the target calendar. Worked with google self scheduler and calendly and this is absolutely a non existing problem for both of these platforms. Now transitioned to 365 and I can't seem to get a simple feature as a self scheduler set up :( Attached a screenshot of all the available configuration options. So 2 questions: - I want to see the blocks in my calendar (attached an example of google self scheduler how it shows up in your calendar - it completely ignores meetings in my calendar and lets people book those slots leading to double bookings. Adding physical address of customer on calendar booking
Hi I am trying to set up bookings for my area and we need the street address to be easily visible to the staff. Is there any way to get the address to show on the booking on the calendar? We are trying to use bookings to track and manage client appointments for a driving service, we schedule appointments for our clients manually due to their needs so we are only using the admin calendar. Ideally when we create the appointment the software would autofill this information from the saved clients list, however only their name and phone number appear to be auto filling. Needing to go to a second window to collect their address and copy it over is incredibly inconvenient. We need this info so the drivers can view the pickup address on their phones in outlook under the customer info tab on their outlook calendars. I have a booking calendar with multiple services and different staff. The services are, by default, not bookable, and the staff are set to ‘events in the calendar do not affect availability.’ We have scheduled training sessions, and it has worked well. However, we have now discovered that some services no longer appear as available, even though they are correctly listed in the calendar. Hi all, On a client's tenant, I have a user who cannot use Microsoft Bookings. This user was previously converted to a shared mailbox and later switched back to a user mailbox. Currently, a Business Premium license is assigned, and Microsoft Bookings is enabled under the assigned apps. I have already disabled it, waited a day, and re-enabled it, but the issue persists. Whenever the user accesses the link https://outlook.office.com/bookings/, they receive the following message: "This information can't be retrieved right now. Please try again later." The problem is not related to caching; I have tested this in all browsers, incognito mode, and on different computers. The issue is isolated to this account. Custom Fields in Personal Bookings Page
Hello, I was wondering if there were any plans to add custom fields to the meetings on the personal booking page. I've had several users from my organization ask if this is possible and why it wouldn't be included. I understand that the personal booking page is quite new so if it's something that would be added in the future that would be great to know.
