Sync Bookings with ALL Personal Office 365 calendars + with selected Google Calendars??
Microsoft 365 Business Premium Bookings calendar admin has turned onEvents on personal calendar affect availability. It looks like only the main calendar (called "calendar") of a user's personal Office 365 can affect availability in the Bookings calendar as you cannot select any other calendars to share with your organization (Office 365 / Calendar / Settings / View all Outlook Settings / Calendars / Shared Calendars / Select a Calendar). Other calendars the user has added to "My Calendars" don't show - not even those added as 365 calendars and not from external sources. Are there any workarounds?
MaiskornDec 05, 2024Copper Contributor7Views0likes0CommentsOption to Approve/Reject bookings instead of Auto-Book
Hi Microsoft Team, I am a frequent user of Microsoft Bookings and appreciate its functionality. However, I would like to suggest an enhancement that would greatly improve the user experience. Currently, bookings are automatically added to my calendar once they are made. It would be extremely beneficial to have an option to approve or reject bookings before they are confirmed and added to the calendar. This feature would allow for better control over my schedule and ensure that all appointments are suitable and convenient. Thank you for considering this suggestion. I believe it would be a valuable addition to the Microsoft Bookings app. If there is already a way to do this, please let me know. I contacted my organisation who said there is no way to disable the auto-booking feature when users book appointments using my Bookings link. Many Thanks, NadiaNadiaBookingsDec 05, 2024Copper Contributor36Views1like1CommentAllow requests for On-demand services toggling off on its own
Hi folks, I'm using Virtual appointments for the 'meet now' on-demand option. I've noticed that this is automatically toggling off after a few minutes. Is there a reason for this happening would anyone know? Thanks,David_M303Dec 04, 2024Copper Contributor212Views0likes2CommentsBookings - Review & Approval prior to Confirmation
Hi! Two questions: I'm using Microsoft Bookings as a way for my field sales team to book various Services e.g. customer staff trainings, customer activations, etc. with my team. Does anyone know if there's a way for the Booking to act as a Request that my team can review and then Confirm, rather than automatically confirming? My team is national in scope and are based in 3 different time zones. Is there a way to set individual time zones by Staff? Thanks! When a bookings page is first loaded, all days show up as available. If I quickly click on a time and then a day that should be unavailable and then "Next", then Bookings will produce an inconsistent result - the confirmation page will display the day I clicked, but the calendar invitation will be for the original day. In this example, when the page loads it selects Monday December 2 by default. If I click on a time slot (2:45 PM) and then on another day (Saturday December 7) and then "Next", it will proceed with the booking as normal for Saturday. However, the actual invitation is for Monday. Is this a known issue? I am doing this with my own private personal booking, using a link from the tile. This works when logged in as myself (i.e. opening another tab) and when proceeding as a guest (i.e. opening an InPrivate window).GarrettStaufferNov 30, 2024Copper Contributor36Views0likes0Comments
