Issues with logic apps webhooks limit while connecting to Microsoft Bookings
We have created Azure Logic Apps webhooks to fetch appointment data from Microsoft Bookings portal, but we are getting the below error in our Logic Apps: Status Code: 429 Status(StatusCode=\"ResourceExhausted\", Detail=\"Only 5 webhooks allowed per bookings business\") This is known limitation from Microsoft: Only 5 flows can be created per Bookings Mailbox. Description: For a Booking Mailbox, only 5 flows can be created. This is a Bookings Mailbox level limit and not a per admin limit. If you are looking for more than one action for an appointment trigger, you can add that in one of the existing flows by using the Add Action button. You can contact other Booking administrators for support. We are unable to delete existing webhooks for the particular Bookings mailbox. Please guide me how I can get the webhooks details and delete the unused one?sukalyankMay 22, 2025Microsoft11Views0likes0CommentsBookings Email Notifications
Hey there, I am currently setting up Bookings calendars for our office and I'm having some issues with email notifications. I made the employee who's calendar it is as the admin, but for some reason our boss is getting email notifications of appointments being made and such even though he isn't on that calendar at all. Could this be because he is the head admin overall for our office? Thanks!Enfleck18May 22, 2025Copper Contributor18KViews1like3CommentsRemove permission for customers to cancel meeting
Because of the way our service is set up, the meeting is compulsory. is there any way let customers book the appointment and NOT display the "cancel" option in the bookings page confirmation and in the email confirmation? thanks in advance, this is very important for us and our serviceSolvedmcordanoMay 21, 2025Brass Contributor3KViews1like7CommentsBookings personal page shows incorrect times, not my "regular working hours" from settings
I'm trying to have my personal bookings page only show availabilities to book a meeting within my "regular working hours" as I have set in the settings: For each meeting type, I have explicitly set the availability to correspond to the previously set "regular working hours": However, the options to book on my personal page show availability for times that are not part of the set hours: Why are my available booking slots not corresponding to my set hours?2.1KViews1like13CommentsHow to set up a booking with multiple staff?
Our office just switched to Office 365. I'm used to using calendar/booking software like Calendly etc. I find it easier to send people a booking link than to try to coordinate between multiple people. I need to send a booking link to an external customer but I need the available times to book to be where there is overlap between multiple staff members, and for when the booking is made, it alerts these multiple staff. For instance, I am trying to set up a meeting with an external client, my boss, and myself. I want the external client to be able to only book times that my boss and I are both available, and when they book I want it to include both my boss and myself in the booking. I tried to set up a booking and turned off the "choose staff" option, but instead of booking both of us, it only booked one of us. Is it possible to do what I want to do in the MS booking app?aslanfrenchMay 21, 2025Copper Contributor89KViews10likes35CommentsBooking hours are not blocked
Hi, lately I am having problems with bookings, for example I have several services and different staff, if I choose service 1 (2 hours service) and personal 1 and I make a booking at 9:30 it is made without problem, but if I am going to make another booking with service 1 and staff 1 the time of 9:30 still appears. If I try to complete the booking it makes error. Option “Events in Outlook Calendar influence the availability” is check.ManexLopetegiMay 21, 2025Copper Contributor11Views0likes0CommentsOvernight Bookings
I am using Bookings for students to schedule ride-alongs on the ambulance. It has worked GREAT until now. Under the existing configuration, the Bookings page began showing NO availability for any service on any day. I have played around in the settings for hours, and availability is back, but it will not allow any service to be booked in a time that would end at or after midnight. I feel like the problem is to do with this being a 24hr business, and needing to schedule services over midnight, clearly not the intended function of MS Bookings. But I had it working fine, and it has stopped. I can edit the service availability time to 12AM-12AM, which allows bookings to cross over midnight, but that causes the next day to become completely unavailable.FCJAMay 20, 2025Copper Contributor10Views0likes0CommentsBookings-Night Shift Hours
Hello, I am looking to use bookings to facilitate training courses. Our entire agency has access to outlook as well as bookings. A large number of our staff work night shift hours (1800-0600 hours, 6 pm to 6 am). Our training will be using a similar night shift schedule, however, bookings does not allow me to schedule 'services' that span any length of time that goes past midnight/0000 hours. Is there a solution or workaround (or perhaps I'm doing something wrong?), or will I need to use a different service to schedule this training?rdobrenzMay 20, 2025Copper Contributor664Views1like1CommentService that extends over the turn of the day
I need to create a 24 hour service that starts at 6 am, and ends at 6 am 24 hours later - that is, a service that extends over the turn of the day, and starts at a specified time every day. I have played around with every setting I could find, including staff's work hours, but nothing seems to work. Is this at all possible? If not, what could be the best workaround?AdmUBFMay 20, 2025Copper Contributor70Views0likes3CommentsUnable to add Staff to a Bookings Business
Hi! I manage a Booking page that has ~50 staff members that is used for scheduling IT support. For the last week I've been unable to add staff to the business because the hours for the staff doesn't load. Where I would normally be able to select the hours that the staff member is available it is instead blank and empty there. If I select use business hours and try and add the staff member I get the response - 'The meeting hours aren't correct. Please check for overlapping times or a start time that comes after an end time'. If anyone knows how to resolve this issue please let me know.westonMay 20, 2025Copper Contributor121Views2likes3Comments
