Booking shows worker as not available
My booking shows that a worker is out of office from 2am till 10:30 am in the morning - According to his working hours he should be available from 08:30 am till 5:30 pm. Also the business opening hours would fit this slot. I already changed the time zone, nothing changes. What else can I do?ThommyNov 13, 2024Occasional Reader3Views0likes0Comments- Mark_BatesWQNov 13, 2024Copper Contributor1.8KViews1like5Comments
Duplicated Bookings Sessions
We are seeing a potential issue with Bookings. When a third person signs up for a session, duplicated entries appear on the calendar. Each session has a maximum of 3 attendees, but the calendar displays two adjacent blocks—one showing 2/3 attendees and the other 1/3. Additionally, the duplicated session block allows further sign-ups through the link. The example on 11/20 did place the 3rd attendee into the correct original session, but also created a duplicate session. Could you please advise on this issue?ANGUYNov 12, 2024Microsoft10Views0likes0CommentsUsing Bookings to register people for scheduled events?
Hi: I want to test if Bookings could be a good solution for this activity - or if there's a better way within 365. I will run six workshops in Zoom (scheduled via Outlook) next year. I want to send a communication to about 300 people from a range of organisations inviting them to sign up for any or all of these sessions. Probably be able to accommodate up to 200 people per session. Is it possible to use Bookings to have them sign up for the workshops, and get an invitation sent to them, AND have them added to our Outlook appointment attendees (so we know who they are)? If so... how?! If not, is there another MS365 product or feature that would enable this?OliviaGGGNov 08, 2024Copper Contributor41Views0likes1CommentExternal Staff - Calendar sync
Hello there, I need to create a Shared Bookings calendar and collaborate with external resources as staff. The external resource is also in M365 and has shared their calendar with me. I created the Shared Bookings calendar, but when I invite the external resource to the staff, the only option I have is to assign the “Guest” role. With the Guest role, it is not possible to avoid conflicts in their calendar because the option “Events on Office calendar affect availability” is disabled. How can I sync my Shared Bookings calendar with the calendar of an external staff member who has already shared their calendar with me? I have just gone into bookings to amend my available hours and can see that when I click the bookings link in my signature it now shows me as being available within those hours (on those days) but even if the calendar is already booked up with something.FarrerFinancialsNov 07, 2024Copper Contributor34Views0likes0CommentsAppointment confirmed to customer but not visible in Staff calendar
For a few weeks, we’ve had issues where individuals will sign up for a bookings service, a confirmation email will be received, but nothing will populate on the booking calendar. Anyone observing the same issue or is aware of a bug?AndenLewisNov 07, 2024Copper Contributor15Views0likes0CommentsNew name of booking pages not displayed in Notification emails
Hello, I have just changed the names of some booking pages (company name changed). The booking pages correctly show the new names. However, the notification emails are still being sent with the old names as the sender. How can I make the new names appear? Thank you! I've got a Power Automate flow where I'm using the trigger "When an appointment is updated" and my flow doesn't trigger either when I reschedule/update the booking from the clients side OR from the admin side.MSTNov 06, 2024Copper Contributor998Views2likes11CommentsBookings reply errors
I am admin on 13 shared Microsoft Bookings calendars. In each calendar there are 3 admins and 1 team member. Our customers can only book with the team member. On the Business Information settings, the Customer Replies email address is set to the email address of the team member. The calendars have different names to the team members, they use their job titles. Whenever someone replies to a booking or an out of office reply comes, or even a bounceback, they're going to the wrong people. Mostly they come to me, often they're going to email addresses that aren't associated with those calendars in anyway. Example. Booking calendar for jobtitle1 has the following staff attached jobtitle1 manager1 manager2 manager3 Customer books with jobtitle1 and when they hit reply, it sends an email to jobtitle8 - which is in no way attached to this calendar. How is this even possible? When people hit reply or there's bounceback, everything goes wrong. Can someone please advise?Sadie_DCNNov 06, 2024Copper Contributor432Views0likes2Comments
