Can't access MS bookings URL: This information can't be retrieved right now. Please try again later
Hi all, On a client's tenant, I have a user who cannot use Microsoft Bookings. This user was previously converted to a shared mailbox and later switched back to a user mailbox. Currently, a Business Premium license is assigned, and Microsoft Bookings is enabled under the assigned apps. I have already disabled it, waited a day, and re-enabled it, but the issue persists. Whenever the user accesses the link https://outlook.office.com/bookings/, they receive the following message: "This information can't be retrieved right now. Please try again later." The problem is not related to caching; I have tested this in all browsers, incognito mode, and on different computers. The issue is isolated to this account. Custom Fields in Personal Bookings Page
Hello, I was wondering if there were any plans to add custom fields to the meetings on the personal booking page. I've had several users from my organization ask if this is possible and why it wouldn't be included. I understand that the personal booking page is quite new so if it's something that would be added in the future that would be great to know. Hi I am trying to set up bookings for my area and we need the street address to be easily visible to the staff. Is there any way to get the address to show on the booking on the calendar? Currently on shows name and booking type. We have been using the same MS Booking calendar for three years now. This year, there is a lot of double booking and we can't find any settings that is not ok : services are set to be available depending on staff availability events in staff outlook calendar is checked to affect availability time zone is the same in the booking calendar as in everyone's outlook calendar BUT: twos services from two different booking calendar can book the same staff at the same time a day off set in MS booking calendar affect availability only up to 7h pm so people can still book a meeting with a staff at 7h pm or later, despite showing the day off in the booking calendar and showing colored (busy) the whole day (in my case green) a meeting in outlook (outside of booking, say set manually or directly by a collegue) does not affect availability in BookingSCarriereFeb 12, 2025Copper Contributor69Views1like1CommentMy Personal Bookings Page is Gone
Eight (8) years ago, I opened a bookings page for my company and individual one for myself associated with my work email account. My company is still active and email has never changed. We recently went through a website change and I was on my bookings page late last month capturing service links to add in as hyperlinks on the company website. All seemed as normal. Today, however, I attempted to go to my Bookings site and my personal one is gone while my company's page still exists. The landing page for me now shows "Shared Pages" for my company and my page (apparently where I land) is as blank as the day I created it. I panicked and went to my website, clicked a hyperlink to see if it was broken, but was somewhat relieved to find that it worked. Just last month, when I went to "Bookings", it would take me to a landing page that showed images (call them buttons, links, whatever, but they were rectangles with the titles and indicated that I was the administrator) for the two pages that I had set up - one was for my entire company and one was for me only. Now, when I click on the same link I have been using for 8 years, I go to a landing page where I see only one image under a heading "Shared Pages" that is associated with my company's Bookings page but my personal page is gone. It is as if the link to Bookings takes me to what is supposed to be my personal page but everything that I had built in it is gone. And from my personal page, I can access the shared Company Page I created. All of the customizations and services that I had set up over the last 8 years on my personal page are gone yet the links to those very services still work. What is going on? How can I recover my other page? Am I going to have to start from scratch again? Does anyone realize the headache that will create when I have peppered our company website with links to different services and now may have to change all of that to make sure that I can use Bookings as I had been before? I am having difficulty adding an additional availability during a certain time frame (1 week) on my service. I have chosen "different availability for a date range", entered the times that I want, and clicked save. The change did not reflect those dates when I checked my booking page. Hi there, I set up my company bookings page and although there have now been other admins assigned, I and I alone receive email responses to booking notifications. E.g. if a client who has a meeting with a colleague of mine emails to say they are running late, don't have the link or need to postpone the meeting, it only comes to my email address. I am moving on in a couple of months so need to action this before then. I cannot see in the settings/ set up how to amend this. I am working on developing an N:1 bookings page where several people are able to register for the same time slot. We ask several custom questions and the end goal is to use the Power Automate connector to extract that data, put it into an Excel sheet, and import into our CRM.
