Bookings Service Option bookingMultiStaffSupportEnabled
I'm creating services via Graph API and would like the ability to set the following parameter when creating the service bookingMultiStaffSupportEnabled. Also, it would be nice to be able to post external email addresses as well.ravenautmationJun 23, 2025Copper Contributor42Views2likes1CommentE-Mail of person who booked an appointment not visible in Outlook
Hey everyone, my team has been struggling lately, because they cannot see the e-mail-address of customers, who booked an appointment via MS bookings, in their outlook calendar. They have to open MS bookings everytime in order to see who takes part in the appointment. Furthermore, our CRM-integration can't sync the appointments without the e-mail-address. I couldn't find anything in the settings, do you know any solution for this? Thank you very much EricEricPantenburgJun 19, 2025Copper Contributor17Views0likes0CommentsAbility for the booking page to have pre-populated fields
Whenever a person visits the service page could we pre-populate the fields using URL parameters as this would make sharing the link a lot easier as the fields would all be pre-populated. This could even extend to custom fields e.g. https://outlook.office.com/book/email address removed for privacy reasons/s/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx becomes https://outlook.office.com/book/email address removed for privacy reasons/s/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx?email=email address removed for privacy reasons&name=Mr%20Joe%20Bloggs&custom.Helpdesk_Ticket_Number=SR-1234567 You can provide a share link with all the available fields to populate and any custom fields from where you copy the link to a service/booking page. Of course the end user could change but they could submit anything anyway... but it just takes that manual element away. It means that 3rd party systems just need to construct the custom parameters in the URL and it should make sending invitations out a lot easier.darrenbwilliamsJun 18, 2025Copper Contributor31Views0likes0CommentsAdditional information on booking confirmation

Hi all, On a client's tenant, I have a user who cannot use Microsoft Bookings. This user was previously converted to a shared mailbox and later switched back to a user mailbox. Currently, a Business Premium license is assigned, and Microsoft Bookings is enabled under the assigned apps. I have already disabled it, waited a day, and re-enabled it, but the issue persists. Whenever the user accesses the link https://outlook.office.com/bookings/, they receive the following message: "This information can't be retrieved right now. Please try again later." The problem is not related to caching; I have tested this in all browsers, incognito mode, and on different computers. The issue is isolated to this account. All other users with the exact same settings can access Microsoft Bookings without any problems.JoppeDMJun 17, 2025Copper Contributor282Views2likes12CommentsBookings Sending Domain
Trying to work through a problem that when we send Bookings appointments to outside or domain, it never sends. It is primarily due to our onmicrosoft.com domain is not actually set up and we do everything through our primary domain. I see that you can set the "BookingsMailboxDomain" through Set-OwaMailboxPolicy. Which I created a new mailboxpolicy and set that to the correct domain. However, when I run a get-casmailbox it won't find the user, I assume since it is a scheduling mailbox type? So I cannot assign the mailbox policy to it. Even if I assign it an exchange license. Any other ideas out there?Smervin124Jun 16, 2025Copper Contributor23Views0likes1CommentHow do Team Members set their availability
When creating a Shared Bookings Page, how do I have team members set their own availability? With the amount of team member I need, it isn't possible to have a person set to update availability, since our staff's availability changes weekly. On Microsoft's Staff Roles page it states that Team Members "Can manage bookings on their own calendar and their availability in the booking mailbox." How do they get to the booking mailbox to manage their availability?SolvedcomaddJun 15, 2025Copper Contributor112Views0likes4CommentsPATCH /bookingBusinesses/{id} displayName updates not reflected in GET /bookingBusinesses
We are encountering an inconsistency with the Microsoft Graph API for Bookings. After sending a successful PATCH request to update the displayName of a booking business, the update is correctly reflected in the response of GET /bookingBusinesses/{id}. However, the same change is not reflected in the results of GET /bookingBusinesses, even after a week has passed. Details: PATCH Endpoint Used: PATCH https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/solutions/bookingBusinesses/{id} GET Endpoints Tested: GET https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/solutions/bookingBusinesses/{id} ✅ Shows updated displayName GET https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/solutions/bookingBusinesses ❌ Still shows old displayName Response to PATCH: HTTP 204 No Content (successful update) Observed Delay: Over 7 days, no change observed in list response. Expected Behavior: GET /bookingBusinesses should return the updated displayName for the business entity. Trace ID / Request Log Metadata: "timestamp": "2025-06-13T13:44:41.479Z" "service": "ms-bookings-business-graph-api-utility" "xray_trace_id": "1-684c2b46-693da2b57acdbf0c7e9110a1" "status": 204 Steps to Reproduce: Send a valid PATCH to update displayName on an existing booking business. Confirm GET /bookingBusinesses/{id} reflects the new displayName. Check GET /bookingBusinesses — the displayName remains unchanged. Wait multiple days (in this case, 7+) — still no update observed in the list endpoint. Impact: This affects our ability to reliably sync and display updated business data across our systems, particularly where lists are used (e.g., admin interfaces, calendars, reporting). It creates confusion for users expecting to see the latest business names.JohnFVJun 13, 2025Copper Contributor36Views1like0CommentsCustomer display issue

Hello, When a customer schedules and booking through bookings as a teams meeting, we sometimes have an situation where the staff member originally assigned is not available to attend the meeting so we will go into the calendar in bookings and update the booking to another staff member. When with do this update, there is no longer the meeting link assigned to the booking and the button to join the meeting is missing from the update email. This did not seem to be a problem until recently. Here is the original booking email: Here is the updated email: This is what the meeting looks like in bookings once it has been updated. Note the Teams meeting information is missing: Is this a known issue or is there another way to do this?cmcdonelJun 12, 2025Copper Contributor34Views1like0Comments
