"Transient issue in Personal bookings"
I am getting this error "Transient issue in Personal bookings - Sorry, it looks like there is a temporary network problem with Personal Bookings. Please refresh or try again in sometime." I have switch browsers and cleared cookies and cache. How can I clear this error. I have setup my booking page and added 4 public meeting types, when I go to the Bookings with me page the first time it shows all meeting types but on refresh it only shows one. Also when colleagues have tried to use the booking page they are also only seeing a single booking type. Hello. I have two services I offer on a shared booking. On the occasional booking, I want to manual adjust the number of available attendees from 6 down to a lower number. The default is set to 6 on the service page, and on the occasional service I manually adjust it down. I noticed on a booking an attendee canceled their appointment, but after that, the number of available seats went from the manually adjust 4 back to 6. 2 extra people booked before I caught it. How can I fix this? I don't want to keep creating new services for each specific situation, I just want the occasional service to be at a lower max attendee than the others. The ability to disable the reschedule feature for the person receiving the invite seems to be broken. I deselected the radio button (seen in my screenshot) in the service and saved changes. But when I test it, the email notification still provides me the ability to reschedule or cancel the appointment. In our organization, these appointments are time sensitive and legally cannot happen after a certain date, which varies for each person. We are managing over 200 appts per week, so it is not possible to do any sort of manual work around to ensure we catch unauthorized movement. In researching the issue, it looks like others have asked about the broken functionality, as seen in this 2024 post: Problem with the option to prevent customers managing their bookings | Microsoft Community Hub. Hello. I recently added a booking page with some services and everything worked for a couple of days. we sent emails to a lot of customers with said link. Now the whole booking page seemed to have disapeared completly? Is there a way to recover the the booking page or at least use the same link for a new one? I created a shared booking site, specifically for interviews. I added other staff members and the service is configured to include all staff. The problem is that when a user books a meeting, it is only looking at my calendar availability. The staff’s calendar availability is not being recognized. The end result is that a booking is submitted and the only time availability is being referenced, is from my calendar. So Staff that aren’t available because their calendar is already booked, is receiving the invitation, but of course they can’t attend because they already have another commitment. Hi All of sudden, I am getting "The business hours aren't correct. Please check for overlapping times or start time that comes after and end time". Business Information are all blank. When I try to add the business information, I get the error message above. It also does not allow me to add new staff , and show the identical error message. I don't want to lose all of my calendar entry. What should I do to mitigate this situation. I was using "book resources when free", against 2 place holder user account with overlapping times.
