Hello, The link to my personal page has become inactive, and when I go to the Bookings application, this is the message: I've already refreshed the page several times but nothing works, what's the solution? Hello. I recently added a booking page with some services and everything worked for a couple of days. we sent emails to a lot of customers with said link. Now the whole booking page seemed to have disapeared completly? Is there a way to recover the the booking page or at least use the same link for a new one? I created a shared booking site, specifically for interviews. I added other staff members and the service is configured to include all staff. The problem is that when a user books a meeting, it is only looking at my calendar availability. The staff’s calendar availability is not being recognized. The end result is that a booking is submitted and the only time availability is being referenced, is from my calendar. So Staff that aren’t available because their calendar is already booked, is receiving the invitation, but of course they can’t attend because they already have another commitment. Hi All of sudden, I am getting "The business hours aren't correct. Please check for overlapping times or start time that comes after and end time". Business Information are all blank. When I try to add the business information, I get the error message above. It also does not allow me to add new staff , and show the identical error message. I don't want to lose all of my calendar entry. What should I do to mitigate this situation. I was using "book resources when free", against 2 place holder user account with overlapping times. I am getting this error "Transient issue in Personal bookings - Sorry, it looks like there is a temporary network problem with Personal Bookings. Please refresh or try again in sometime." I have switch browsers and cleared cookies and cache. How can I clear this error. Hi All, I work in higher education, and we have been using Microsoft Bookings so that faculty could schedule 1-on-1 meetings with our instructional design team for assistance with Canvas. This was working perfectly for about a month, but recently a lot of users have been reporting a "Bad Request" error. I've noticed that the Bookings link has started routing users to https://outlook.office365.com/owa/calendar/ which is generating the Bad Request error whereas the link used to direct to the Bookings page fine. I've noticed that clearing cache/cookies or going into an incognito window is a workaround, but I was wondering if anyone knew a more permanent fix for this issue. The Shared Booking "Admininstrator" shows black and it looks like it is loading for about a minute to load and then disappears. I've tried accessing it using different browsers, in incognito mode, and through Teams and the web app. When I access the shared booking configuration, it doesn’t display all staff or services and the link is missing. I have already submitted a support ticket with Microsoft, but they are still working on identifying the issue. I need help troubleshooting this problem.
