E-Mail of person who booked an appointment not visible in Outlook
Hey everyone, my team has been struggling lately, because they cannot see the e-mail-address of customers, who booked an appointment via MS bookings, in their outlook calendar. They have to open MS bookings everytime in order to see who takes part in the appointment. Furthermore, our CRM-integration can't sync the appointments without the e-mail-address. I couldn't find anything in the settings, do you know any solution for this? We have been having an issue where the bookings calendar notification email shows the wrong time zone. This is even after checking that the correct time zone is selected in the settings in Outlook and in the general Bookings settings page. For example, a client from the UK will book a time in our time zone, Eastern US EST, and we get a notification reminding us of the appointment on Bookings only for it to show the time in GMT UK time, and not in EST. This does not happen all the time, but it has occurred on several separately managed calendars. Most of the appointments will show the EST time zone time in the reminder email, but there are a few that have the client's time zone instead. We have gone to the settings page on both Outlook and Bookings for each calendar and set the time zone to Eastern EST multiple times and this has not helped. We have also gone through the efforts of ensuring that each team member's outlook account is set to EST time zone and that has not resolved it. Hello. I've now got a switch on my MS Bookings page to try the new bookings. Although it looks very nice, using it automatically sets the minimum lead time for each service to 24hours and it's not possible to enter 0hrs (zero hours). We've been using MS bookings as a kind of hot-desking system and it's really important to have the option to have no lead time. Have I missed something? When I export any Bookings page to a TSV file, the Staff column is always blank. The column is there but all the column cells are empty. This is one of the main areas where my customers want analytics without going through a manual process. Is there a known issue with blank Staff columns in Bookings exports? Are there workarounds? When clients try to schedule an appointment using his booking link, they’re being prompted to enter a verification code, which is preventing them from completing the booking. I have a PA Flow running a Create Service call and everything else works except the isMeetingInviteToCustomersEnabled and I can't seem to figure out why. Cross posting from an Apple Support community post here. Seems that when an event is created on my Outlook/M365 calendar at work, it never appears on my Apple Calendar for that account. All other events are sync'ing up just fine and show as any other event. This seems to be an issue on the current version of MacOS Calendar for Ventura and on Big Sur. Hi, I am using the "Bookings for Me" feature in MS Bookings (not the shared booking page). After using Bookings for about a year and a half, I recently encountered an issue with the clickable link to my personal bookings page, "Book with Me," appearing in my email signature. When I edit my page, the "Append your personal booking page in your email signature" option is checked. However, when I uncheck it, exit the page, and return, it is checked again. The problem is that when this booking page link is added to my signature, it deletes some of my other signatures. I have around 30 signatures that I use for work, and about half of them get removed each time this happens. Is there any fix for this?
