The ability to disable the reschedule feature for the person receiving the invite seems to be broken. I deselected the radio button (seen in my screenshot) in the service and saved changes. But when I test it, the email notification still provides me the ability to reschedule or cancel the appointment. In our organization, these appointments are time sensitive and legally cannot happen after a certain date, which varies for each person. We are managing over 200 appts per week, so it is not possible to do any sort of manual work around to ensure we catch unauthorized movement. In researching the issue, it looks like others have asked about the broken functionality, as seen in this 2024 post: Problem with the option to prevent customers managing their bookings | Microsoft Community Hub. Is there a way to put an option to either automatically include the cancel button or omit it in the notification emails? Instead of adding it as an additional information because I also don't know where I can get a dynamic cancellation link that can be used to cancel any of the appointments booked. This is a pretty basic feature just like the reschedule button. The problem if there is no cancellation button in the notifications is that there is no way for the client to cancel the appointment unless he/she saved the cancellation link found in the booking confirmation page after he/she had booked the appointment via the page. Because of the way our service is set up, the meeting is compulsory. is there any way let customers book the appointment and NOT display the "cancel" option in the bookings page confirmation and in the email confirmation? thanks in advance, this is very important for us and our serviceSolved3KViews1like6CommentsSend manage booking link in all emails to customer
Please add the link (or at least an option to add it) to the “Manage booking” link in every mail that are sent out to our customers. Now the “Manage booking”-link are just sent out in the first confirmation email. And not in the reminders. Please add the same link in all reminder emails also.2.5KViews3likes3Comments
