We have a booking page that has been running for a while. Our departments use it to book a quality audit by the quality team. Due to changes in their availability we now want to change the days where the staff is available in a certain services. For instance: Person A was bookable on monday, wednesday and thursday and will now only be available on mondays. We tried changing the availability through the staff tab. We deleted the days that person A was no longer available and saved the page. However when checking again those changes did not last and the previous availability is still there. Are there other ways in which we need to change that availability or is this the way to go and is there an error that occurs on our end? The motivation for the changes also lies with a default setting from bookings in which Bookings always selects the first available user from the pool when checking alfabetically. Which causes Bookings to mostly end up with one user. We hope to counteract that behavior with the availability changes. Hi, I created booking pages for our client, but im added as a member to those pages meaning, there is no admin who could mantain those pages - they are useless at this point. Is there any workaround how to gain administrative acces to those pages? Usually the creator is also the admin so this is one major bug. Please keep in mind that neither I or client cant just access admin center to change created pages due to security restrictions. My Bookings with Me form is now no longer sending me notifications when someone has booked with me. The bookings are fine and showing on my Calendar but I'm not being emailed to notify that someone has booked an appointment with me. I have multiple shared booking pages where each appointment is with the same team. The set up I am trying to achieve is, if a customer books a time slot on one shared booking page this time slot is then removed across all other shared booking pages. However, currently if a timeslot is booked on one shared booking page then the same timeslot shows as available and able to book on my other shared booking pages.128Views0likes0CommentsUser interface update lagging when update booking calendar
We made changes to one of the booking Services. Once we made the changes, it took about 5 minutes for the updates to be reflected on the user interface. Here are the steps: Click "Services," select the service, and "Edit Service." Go to "Availability Options" and scroll to pass the "Availability" and "General availability" headings. Use the "Set different availability for a date range" to customize availability (see screenshot below) Select a date range and select "not bookable" under the dropdown menu. Click "Save Changes." Navigate to the booking link shared on the website and refresh the booking page. The update will appear in about 5 minutes. Please look into this and see if we can get a near real-time update. It puts extra time for staff to maintain the calendar correctly and a chance for booking conflict during these lagging updates.636Views0likes1CommentHow to set specific dates for appointment bookings?
Hi! First of all need to get it off my chest - booking tool is extremely user UNFRIENDLY! It is such a great help when its working, but the process of setting it up is a pure nightmare. Pfu... Anyhow, I have made 2 bookings in the past, using my "step list". However, this time its not working and I am in despair... I do not understand why it opens the whole calendar for booking, when I specifically chose dates that I want people to book appointment with me??? Both on "booking page" and under "edit services" I have chosen specific "availability during these dates". Hello, I created my booking page and set up the meeting types but when I send a link to book a meeting with me, people receive an error and are unable to proceed. Hey, hoping for some guidance we use the booking tool for the sales team that service a variety of locations in each state in Australia. It’s great to lock in meetings via teams - and integrate to the diary however we want to be able to have the client complete the booking and enter the location themselves for face to face meetings. Obviously we would setup different booking pages that reflect the days and times we are available to meet in their regions they are located. what bookings cannot seem to do is let the client select select their office address when making the meeting - this is frustrating I can see that I can enter a custom question for them to do this - but that doesn’t show up in the meeting when it comes into outlook it’s in the notes is there a fix for this ?722Views0likes1CommentDouble Triple Bookings for one event
