Verified by email, but Legal info still shows Verification status None
Hello, Our company (Atlas Software LLC) is stuck on partner verification and we have not been able to get a response through support. What we have done and what we see: - We submitted all the requested documents, and we received an email from Microsoft saying our account was verified. - In Partner Center, the Developer program (Microsoft 365 and Copilot / Teams) shows "Authorized". - Our AI Cloud Partner Program enrollment is "Active". - However, Account settings > Legal info still shows Verification status "None" ("Program Not Found"). Because of this, we cannot complete Microsoft Entra publisher verification, which we need to publish our Teams / Microsoft 365 Copilot app in the store. We opened a support request on October 5 (TrackingID#2610050010000197), added a note to it, and emailed the support engineer, but we have not had a reply. It looks like the verification was completed on one side but not linked to our account's legal information. Could someone from the Partner Center team check this or tell us the right way to get it fixed? Thank you.
AI Cloud Partner Program enrolled but vetting record missing ("Program Not Found")
Our company, Dill Technologies, Inc., is enrolled in the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program. The enrollment page shows the program under "Active In," and the agreement was accepted on 10/3/2026. However, our Verification status has stayed at "None" since enrollment, and the Verification Summary page returns "Program Not Found – Failed to load vetting details." Verification never started, and there's no self-service way to begin it. Support ticket 2610050010001898 hasn't resolved it. Support told us to complete enrollment, which is already complete, and attachments fail to upload on the ticket. Could a community manager please escalate this to the Vetting / Trust & Safety team to manually initiate legal entity verification? We need it to complete publisher verification for our Microsoft Entra multitenant app. I'm happy to share our Partner ID and business documents privately.AI Cloud Partner Program enrolled but vetting record missing ("Program Not Found")

Verification "Authorized" but Partner Center remains deactivated. No support channel reachable.
We are a company seeking help with a Partner Center account state inconsistency (Seller ID available by direct message to a Community Manager or Microsoft employee). Timeline: - Our Windows Hardware Developer Program enrollment was rejected at the Employment Verification stage. - Microsoft Vetting Operations instructed us in writing to update our profile to a company-owned domain and provide domain registration documentation. We complied fully and same-day: registered and verified a company domain on the enrolling tenant, updated the seller contact and company approver to an address on that domain, and supplied registrar documentation. - The verification pipeline re-ran: Email, Identity, and ultimately all stages completed. Legal Info now shows Verification Status: AUTHORIZED. - However, the Partner Center account itself returns "your Partner Center account has been deactivated" on every workspace — Hardware, Programs, and the support wizard — so we cannot file an in-portal support case from the deactivated account. - Email follow-ups to the Vetting Operations thread and to an assigned Dev Center support engineer have gone unanswered for over a week. We hold multiple correlation IDs (most recent: f4fd02fd-d21f-462f-8765-1ea3d6132ad2, 02 Oct 2026). Our read: the account object was deactivated when the earlier application was closed, and was never re-activated when the verification subsequently authorized — a state inconsistency between the vetting record and the account. Ask: could a Community Manager or Microsoft employee escalate this to the team that can re-activate a verified account? The verification work is complete; only the deactivation flag remains, and it is blocking a driver-signing deliverable. We can provide the Seller ID, case numbers, correlation IDs, and full documentation through any private channel indicated. Thank you. Access restricted We're sorry, you don't have permission to access this page because your Partner Center account has been deactivated. For assistance, please contact your Partner Center administrator or support. Identity verification closed after a corrected name typo, and no route to support
Our Partner Center identity verification failed and was closed ("no further action will be taken"). The cause was a typo in the primary contact name, which has since been corrected to match the ID exactly. In Help + support the assistant doesn't offer a support request, so we can't ask for the existing verification to be reopened. Could a moderator help reopen verification on the existing account, or point us to the right channel? Happy to share account details privately.
MAICPP enrollment blocked — tile greyed out, no workspace, support ticket submission fails
Hello Partner Compliance team, We are trying to enroll a tenant in the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program (MAICPP) in order to complete publisher verification for an Entra ID app registration on a custom domain. The "Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program" option is greyed out and cannot be selected on the program-selection screen at partner.microsoft.com. We have already verified: The custom domain shows "Verified" in Entra ID under Identity > Settings > Domain names Signed in with the tenant's Global Administrator account, confirmed as Global Admin in Entra ID Retried in multiple browsers and in private/incognito sessions with all Microsoft sessions signed out first, with the same result each time We have also tried, and both have failed: The normal in-portal Partner Center support ticket flow, which fails because no workspace exists yet for this account The no-sign-in support form at partner.microsoft.com/support, where the Submit button returns "There is a problem submitting your request, try again!" Because no Partner Center workspace has ever been created for this tenant, we have no self-service way to open a ticket. Could someone from the team please manually review this and either unblock the enrollment tile or open a case on our behalf? Happy to provide the Tenant ID, domain, and any further details privately via DM. Thank you.
URGENT: Blocked from Partner Center Enrollment ("Runs on trust") - Support portals inaccessible
Hello Microsoft Partner Community Team, I am urgently seeking assistance with an automated enrollment block. We are trying to register our business, Connect In Cloud Ltd (UK Companies House: 09550508), for the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program, but we have triggered the "Microsoft runs on trust" security block. I am completely unable to raise a standard support ticket because my Partner Center dashboard shows no active workspaces, meaning the support form will not allow me to submit a request. Furthermore, the standard business phone support lines drop the call after instructing me to use the broken portal. I need a moderator to please escalate this directly to the Vetting and Enrollment team so I can provide my business documentation, verify my identity, and have this block cleared. Here are my exact error details from the blocked screen: Error: Microsoft runs on trust... your request was blocked. Reference Number: 715-123160 Transaction ID: 4b89b272-50fe-4f37-8f5f-15f539cbaed0 Correlation ID: f13ebdd3-5d9d-4b45-a31d-0049e3489a11 Thank you in advance for your help in getting an internal support ticket opened for us
Reactivate a suspended Hardware developer account
Hello, Our company's Partner Center account has been deactivated, and we are unable to submit a support request to reactivate it, because every self-service channel we've tried fails at the account/authentication level. Issue: When accessing the Partner Center dashboard, we get an "Access restricted" error stating the account has been deactivated. - Correlation ID: 1da30ed7-5474-44d8-bd3f-1169178839ed - Correlation vector: 4OVjp70z/0aILrHY.3 - Time: 07 Sep 2026 23:45:42 +00:00 We believe this is due to prolonged inactivity on the account. What we've already tried (all failed): 1. Partner Center > Help + support > Create a support request (Account Settings > Account status > Reactivate a suspended Hardware developer account) - submission fails with "There is a problem submitting your request, try again!" 2. The "no sign-in required" support ticket link (https://partner.microsoft.com/support?stage=2&topicid=6b52f3cf-3b36-df07-f75b-27aa68bf8a01) - same submission failure, even when not signed in. 3. Help + support > AI assistant flow - the "Workspace" field returns "No results found," so we cannot even select a problem type to proceed. It appears that because the account is deactivated, the backend cannot retrieve account/workspace data needed for these ticket-creation flows, so we're stuck in a loop where we can't fix the deactivation because the deactivation itself blocks every way of requesting help. Could someone from the Microsoft team help escalate this and open a support ticket on our behalf, or point us to a channel that doesn't depend on account-level API calls? Thank you.Hardware enrollment blocked — requesting manual review
Hello Microsoft Partner Compliance / Verification team, We are a legitimate and established software development company incorporated in the Qatar Financial Centre (QFC) in September 2022. We hold a valid software development license and operate as a real business with a corporate office, an established website, and a portfolio of software products that can be reviewed on our website. Our company is fully identifiable through its corporate and registration information. We are actively developing and distributing our software products and have a genuine business need for the Microsoft Partner Center Hardware program. We are trying to enroll in the Microsoft Partner Center Hardware program because our software products require Windows driver signing. We have already obtained an EV code signing certificate in preparation for this process. As part of the Partner Center enrollment and verification process, our company was successfully identified using its D-U-N-S number, with the corresponding company information listed in the D&B database. Our enrollment request was immediately blocked with the following message: “Microsoft runs on trust. We engage in a rigorous set of evaluation and certification processes; as a result your request was blocked. If you require further information please reach out to Microsoft Support…” Given the information available about our company and its legitimate business activities, it is absolutely unclear to us why the enrollment request was blocked. In particular, we were not asked to provide any supporting documentation or clarification before the enrollment was blocked, so we were not given an opportunity to address any specific concern that may have arisen during the evaluation. As instructed in the enrollment message, we contacted Microsoft Support. We were provided with troubleshooting recommendations, which we followed, but the enrollment remained blocked with the same result. Microsoft Support subsequently confirmed that the Trust-related block remained in place and that our access could not be reactivated at that time. We then sent follow-up questions asking what specifically had caused the issue and whether there was anything we could provide or correct. We did not receive a further response or any notification confirming that the case had been closed. Following Microsoft's troubleshooting recommendations, we subsequently repeated the enrollment. Unfortunately, the same Trust-related block occurred again. We are also currently unable to obtain further assistance through Partner Center Support. When we try to submit a support request concerning the Hardware enrollment issue, the portal returns: “There is a problem submitting your request, try again!”. We tried multiple times over the course of about a week, using different browsers, but received the same error message each time. This leaves us without a clear path to understand or resolve the issue. We fully understand and respect Microsoft's need to conduct appropriate trust, compliance, and verification checks. However, as a legitimate licensed software company with an established business presence, identifiable corporate operations, a portfolio of products, and a genuine need for the Hardware program, we would very much like to understand what specifically is preventing our enrollment. Could a Microsoft Community Manager please help route this matter to the appropriate Partner Vetting / Trust & Safety or Hardware enrollment team for manual review? If there is a specific concern, requirement, or verification issue affecting our company, we are fully prepared to provide the relevant documentation and clarification. We would simply appreciate the opportunity to understand what needs to be addressed rather than having our enrollment blocked without any specific information being provided to us. We are not asking Microsoft to bypass its verification requirements. We are asking for a fair opportunity to complete the verification process and address any concerns that may have resulted in the Trust evaluation decision. Thank you for your assistance.
