MAICPP enrollment fails at “Accept and continue”—no Partner ID or workspace created

Hello Microsoft Partner Community team,

We are enrolling our software company in Vietnam in the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program (MAICPP) to complete publisher verification for our SaaS application, SalesLens. Enrollment is blocked at the agreement acceptance step.

Our Entra tenant and work account are configured, our sales-lens.ai domain is verified, and the enrolling user is a Global Administrator. The legal entity/billing account was created successfully.

Steps and result:

1. Sign in with our work account and start MAICPP enrollment.

2. Select the legal entity/billing account and reach the agreement page.

3. Click “Accept and continue.”

4. The page returns “The request could not be completed.”

Enrollment never reaches Verification Summary. No Partner ID is created and no MAICPP workspace is provisioned, leaving us unable to proceed with publisher verification.

We have tried multiple browsers and private/incognito browsing, but the issue persists. The normal Partner Center support form requires a workspace that does not exist. The recommended no-sign-in support form opens, but Submit also fails with “There is a problem submitting your request, try again!” We reproduced the support-form failure on September 10, 2026.

We reported the support-form issue in the community manager’s existing discussion here:

Could the Partner Center enrollment team investigate the failed agreement submission and advise how to complete enrollment? Since both support routes are blocked, could a Microsoft representative arrange manual case creation or provide an alternative intake channel?

We can provide our business registration certificate, tenant details, screenshots, and any required correlation information privately through an official support channel.

Thank you,

Kieran
