Hello Microsoft Partner Community Team, I am urgently seeking assistance with an automated enrollment block. We are trying to register our business, Connect In Cloud Ltd (UK Companies House: 09550508), for the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program, but we have triggered the "Microsoft runs on trust" security block. I am completely unable to raise a standard support ticket because my Partner Center dashboard shows no active workspaces, meaning the support form will not allow me to submit a request. Furthermore, the standard business phone support lines drop the call after instructing me to use the broken portal. I need a moderator to please escalate this directly to the Vetting and Enrollment team so I can provide my business documentation, verify my identity, and have this block cleared. Here are my exact error details from the blocked screen: Error: Microsoft runs on trust... your request was blocked. Reference Number: 715-123160 Transaction ID: 4b89b272-50fe-4f37-8f5f-15f539cbaed0 Correlation ID: f13ebdd3-5d9d-4b45-a31d-0049e3489a11 Thank you in advance for your help in getting an internal support ticket opened for us246Views0likes6CommentsDeveloper Employment Verification stuck at Rejected / Pending Partner Action
Hello moderators, Our Developer program verification has been stuck at Employment Verification since well before the estimated completion date of 27 June 2026, showing "Rejected / Pending Partner Action". The Partner track on the same legal profile is fully Authorized, so this appears specific to the Developer vetting flow. We are a registered Norwegian company with matching public registry records, and our primary contact email is on the same domain as our Entra tenant. Public WHOIS for lingtechapps.com lists Registrant Organization: LINGTECHAPPS AS and Registrant Country: NO, matching our legal business profile. However, the registrant email and postal address are replaced by our registrar's privacy-protection service. If the automated check compares our primary contact email against the registrant contact, it would fail on that redacted field even though the organisation name matches correctly. We can supply a registrar-issued ownership certificate from Domeneshop AS showing the full registrant details, and a Brønnøysund Register Centre company certificate, on request. We cannot resolve this ourselves. Three separate routes are blocked: 1. Clicking Resolve on the Verification Summary page opens a panel containing only the "Document submitted successfully" banner and a greyed-out Submit button. No document type selector or upload field is rendered. The Action Center notification for our Seller ID instructs us to upload the required document in the Account Verification pane — which is precisely the control that does not render. 2. Creating a support request in Partner Center fails: after selecting Account verification > Employment verification and signing in, /dashboard/v2/support/servicerequests/create redirects to the Service health page instead of a request form. 3. The Microsoft 365 admin center Support Assistant loops without producing a ticket, returning unrelated articles instead of a contact option. We have also received no email requesting further information at our primary contact address, junk folder included. Could a Community Manager please escalate this to the Partner Vetting team? Specifically, we would like to know which document type and which data mismatch the Employment step is waiting on, and either to have the Resolve panel repaired for our Seller ID or to submit documentation through another channel. Happy to share Seller ID, tenant ID and screenshots by DM rather than posting them publicly. Thank you.FY27 MCI Compliance
Dear team, The MCI workshop guidance directs partners to deliver demos using this link: https://demos.microsoft.com. However our team do not have access and we have all individually requested access weeks ago with no luck. This is now blocking us delivering an Agent 365 MCI. The support button also has an error page. Please could someone help? MCI Ts&Cs documentation: "To go through the demonstrations, log-in into the Microsoft Demos platform at following URL with your corporate account: https://demos.microsoft.com. In the Search box type “Agent 365”. If the audience is new to Microsoft Agent 365 or has only a basic understanding of it, start with the “Introducing Microsoft Agent 365 - The Control Plane for your Agents” demonstration, then use the more focused demonstrations to deep dive into specific functionality." Many thanks, Brigid, Condatis.comVetting rejected 4 times, identical canned replies, no Fix Now, Program Not Found
We are stuck in a loop that Microsoft support is not fixing, and each closure comes with the exact same copy-paste line, no diagnostic detail, no path forward. Legal Info shows Vetting Status: Rejected, no Fix Now button anywhere on the page (screenshot 1). Verification Summary returns "Program Not Found — No current profile found for this program" (screenshot 2). Tax and Program pages are inaccessible from the same account. This is an existing account with two live Azure Marketplace offers already published, not a fresh signup. We have submitted four separate appeals. All four were closed with the same templated response, word for word: Ticket 2608130040002080: "We've reviewed your appeal for verification. Based on the information you have provided to date, we have determined that your organization does not currently meet the requirements to pass verification. We have closed your application. If you decide to reapply, please review the information at https://aka.ms/CSPVerification and http://aka.ms/PartnerVerification to ensure you meet the latest requirements." Ticket 2608140040001403: "We've reviewed your appeal for verification. Based on the information you have provided to date, we have determined that your organization does not currently meet the requirements to pass verification. We have closed your application." Ticket 2608190040002484: "We've reviewed your appeal for verification. Based on the information you have provided to date, we have determined that your organization does not currently meet the requirements to pass verification. We have closed your application. If you decide to reapply, please review the information at https://aka.ms/CSPVerification and http://aka.ms/PartnerVerification to ensure you meet the latest requirements." Not one of these responses names a single missing document, a single mismatched field, or a single requirement we have failed to meet. "The information you have provided" is never specified. There is no Fix Now button to submit anything against, and Verification Summary does not even acknowledge the program exists. We are being asked to "reapply" against a process that gives no indication of what to change. Four appeals, four identical form letters, zero actionable detail. This is not a verification process, it is a wall. We need someone from Vetting Operations to state plainly what specifically is failing on this legal entity, or to escalate this out of the templated-response queue entirely. Happy to provide Seller ID, tenant ID, and all four ticket numbers again by DM if that speeds this up.Legal entity vetting rejected: BusinessDpl, no Fix Now button, Verification Summary error
Our legal entity vetting in Partner Center is Rejected, Sub-Status dplVerification, Reason BusinessDpl. There is no Fix Now option for this sub-status. The Verification Summary page returns "Program Not Found." The Tax and Program pages are both inaccessible. Our Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program registration also shows as deactivated. We have raised four support tickets with no resolution: 2607220040001822, 2607210040001506, 2608130040002080, 2608140040001403. Could a moderator confirm whether BusinessDpl requires review by the internal compliance team, and if so escalate this case to them? Happy to share our One Vet ID, Seller ID, and entity details by DM rather than posting them here. Thank you.Enrollment blocked by trust evaluation (Ref 715-123160) — cannot open a support ticket, no workspace
I am trying to enroll in the Microsoft 365 and Copilot program to publish a Word add-in on AppSource. The enrollment is blocked with the "Microsoft runs on trust" message. It happened twice, on 7 August and 18 August 2026, with the same reference number — so the first block was apparently never cleared. Reference number: 715-123160 Transaction ID (18 Aug): 05e34bf1-3406-4d55-abce-260567e369af Transaction ID (7 Aug): b809228d-bdec-436d-a205-de4914cef0e0 Correlation ID: c0187e32-891c-4c53-9964-cc5c9c6a1a17 I cannot open a support ticket: the Partner Center form requires selecting a Workspace, and my account has none because no enrollment ever completed. The public support form sends me back to Service health. Could this be escalated to the Vetting / Trust & Safety team for a manual review? My company registration number and official registration extract are ready — I will provide them privately on request. Thank you.Employment Verification passed on one account but rejected on another
We have two Partner Center accounts for the same legal entity. On the first account, Employment Verification passed. On the second account, created for the same company with the same contact person, Employment Verification has now been rejected. Nothing differs between the two in terms of the person or the company. Same individual, same company domain email address, same legal entity, same registry documents. The bigger problem is that I cannot respond to the rejection. The step shows as Pending Partner Action, but the Resolve panel presents no document type selector, no upload field and no other control. It only repeats the confirmation message from an earlier business document submission. So the portal is waiting on an action it gives me no way to perform. The estimated completion date has slipped three times. Has anyone seen Employment Verification decided differently for the same person across two accounts? And is there a known reason the Resolve panel would come up empty when a step is marked Pending Partner Action?Announcing the retirement for Office Online Server
What’s changing? Microsoft is announcing the end of support and retirement for Office Online Server effective December 31, 2026. After this date, Office Online Server will no longer receive security updates, bug fixes, or technical support from Microsoft. This change is part of our ongoing commitment to modernizing productivity experiences and focusing on cloud-first solutions. To help stay secure and compliant, begin planning now to move to supported options, such as Microsoft 365. What does end of support mean? No more security updates. Systems running Office Online Server may be vulnerable to the evolving threat landscape. No bug fixes or technical support. Potential compliance risks. Unsupported software may put regulated organizations at risk of non-compliance. Why is this happening? Office Online Server was designed to provide browser-based versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote for on-premises environments. As organizations have adopted Microsoft 365, Microsoft is focusing its browser-based Office app investments on Office for the Web to deliver secure, collaborative, and feature-rich experiences through Microsoft 365. What is the alternative for Office Online Server? If your organization relies on Office Online Server for browser-based document editing and collaboration, our recommended path is to transition to Microsoft 365, which includes cloud-powered versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote. Microsoft 365 offers: Real-time collaboration and sharing. Automatic updates and ongoing support. Enhanced security and compliance features. Integration with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business. Access to Microsoft 365 Copilot for AI-powered productivity. Learn more about https://www.microsoft.com/microsoft-365/microsoft-365-enterprise. And for organizations with 150+ licenses, consider engaging https://www.microsoft.com/fasttrack/microsoft-365 to support your planning and migration to Microsoft 365. SharePoint Embedded enables real-time collaboration on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents directly within line-of-business or custom applications using Microsoft 365’s native co-authoring services. This allows users to securely create, edit, comment, and manage Office files without leaving the app—while still benefiting from enterprise-grade compliance, versioning, and lifecycle management through Microsoft Purview. https://aka.ms/spe-start. For organizations using SharePoint Server Subscription Edition or Exchange Server Subscription Edition, Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise and Office LTSC 2024 remain supported desktop clients for viewing and editing documents hosted on those servers. If your organization uses Office Online Server to host Excel workbooks in Power BI Report Server, that functionality will no longer be supported. Alternatives include viewing workbooks in the Excel desktop application or migrating to the https://learn.microsoft.com/office365/servicedescriptions/power-bi-service-description. Prepare to make your move Support for Office Online Server ends December 31, 2026. Continuing to use it after this date may expose your organization to security, compliance, and productivity risks. We therefore strongly encourage all customers to begin planning their transition to supported solutions today. Microsoft is committed to helping you prepare. Enrollment blocked with: "Microsoft runs on trust. We engage in a rigorous set of evaluation and certification processes; as a result your request was blocked." Hello moderators, Our Hardware Developer Program enrollment appears stuck in a state we can't resolve through self-service, and we're also unable to submit a ticket through the normal Contact Support flow. Account details: - Legal entity: Kodsafe Labs Private Limited - Seller ID: 95092940 - User ID: 203442240 - Tenant: kodsafelabs.com (kodsec.onmicrosoft.com) Confirmed status: - Legal Business Profile verification: Authorized (Identity, Employment, and Business verification all passed) - EV code signing certificate: uploaded via Manage Certificates, Active status for over a week - Hardware workspace: not visible anywhere in Partner Center; Programs page shows only one tile plus "Add a program" What we've tried: 1. Clicked "+" to add a program, selected "Get started" under Hardware (confirmed pre-selected per the documented flow), then "Go to Dashboard." Instead of proceeding through company info and the Hardware agreements, we were redirected straight back to the same single-tile Programs page — suggesting a Hardware Developer Program account already exists on this tenant but isn't surfacing as an accessible workspace. 2. In Account settings > User management > Users, our account shows as Global admin, Admin. However, the Groups and Microsoft Entra applications tabs on that same page return "Not authorized," despite the Global admin role — possibly related to the same underlying account state. 3. The standard Contact Support request form has an empty, unselectable Workspace field, so we're unable to submit a ticket that way. Could someone please escalate this to the team that can review the backend Hardware Developer Program account status for this tenant/Seller ID and restore or grant workspace access? Happy to share further screenshots on request. Thank you, Hitesh Kesharia, Kodsafe Labs Private Limited
