Dear team, The MCI workshop guidance directs partners to deliver demos using this link: https://demos.microsoft.com. However our team do not have access and we have all individually requested access weeks ago with no luck. This is now blocking us delivering an Agent 365 MCI. The support button also has an error page. Please could someone help? MCI Ts&Cs documentation: "To go through the demonstrations, log-in into the Microsoft Demos platform at following URL with your corporate account: https://demos.microsoft.com. In the Search box type “Agent 365”. If the audience is new to Microsoft Agent 365 or has only a basic understanding of it, start with the “Introducing Microsoft Agent 365 - The Control Plane for your Agents” demonstration, then use the more focused demonstrations to deep dive into specific functionality." Many thanks, Brigid, Condatis.comEnrollment blocked by trust evaluation (Ref 715-123160) — cannot open a support ticket, no workspace
I am trying to enroll in the Microsoft 365 and Copilot program to publish a Word add-in on AppSource. The enrollment is blocked with the "Microsoft runs on trust" message. It happened twice, on 7 August and 18 August 2026, with the same reference number — so the first block was apparently never cleared. Reference number: 715-123160 Transaction ID (18 Aug): 05e34bf1-3406-4d55-abce-260567e369af Transaction ID (7 Aug): b809228d-bdec-436d-a205-de4914cef0e0 Correlation ID: c0187e32-891c-4c53-9964-cc5c9c6a1a17 I cannot open a support ticket: the Partner Center form requires selecting a Workspace, and my account has none because no enrollment ever completed. The public support form sends me back to Service health. Could this be escalated to the Vetting / Trust & Safety team for a manual review? My company registration number and official registration extract are ready — I will provide them privately on request. Thank you.Employment Verification passed on one account but rejected on another
We have two Partner Center accounts for the same legal entity. On the first account, Employment Verification passed. On the second account, created for the same company with the same contact person, Employment Verification has now been rejected. Nothing differs between the two in terms of the person or the company. Same individual, same company domain email address, same legal entity, same registry documents. The bigger problem is that I cannot respond to the rejection. The step shows as Pending Partner Action, but the Resolve panel presents no document type selector, no upload field and no other control. It only repeats the confirmation message from an earlier business document submission. So the portal is waiting on an action it gives me no way to perform. The estimated completion date has slipped three times. Has anyone seen Employment Verification decided differently for the same person across two accounts? And is there a known reason the Resolve panel would come up empty when a step is marked Pending Partner Action?Blocked by Runs on Trust — Ref 715-123160, no workspace created
Enrollment blocked with: "Microsoft runs on trust. We engage in a rigorous set of evaluation and certification processes; as a result your request was blocked." Reference number: 715-123160 Transaction ID: 9bf03e8b-5d2a-4ce3-a00e-325c84188bb3 Correlation ID: eaf15fab-ace6-43d2-a2cc-d40c00106c23 No Partner Center workspace was created, so I can't raise a standard support ticket. Requesting escalation to the Vetting/Trust & Safety team for manual review.Partner - Hardware Program Enrollment Issue
I have seen many posts about partners struggling with Enrollment to the Hardware program. Partner BahadirAlp posted a work around that worked for them this week. I thought it was worth reposting in case it helps someone else. "I found the root cause and worked around it. In the Hardware enrollment form, using the company lookup auto-fills and locks several fields. For our entity the State/province field came back empty from that lookup but is marked required and is also locked, so it can never be filled and "Accept and continue" stays permanently disabled. Choosing "enter company details manually" instead keeps the fields editable and the enrollment completes normally. I have seen at least one other report with the same symptom." That being said, I am not part of support and cannot verify this work around works correctly, but if someone has success with it post a comment below! Good luck all.🤩 You can read full post here: Business Verification past the review window — no result, no new document requested | Microsoft Community Hub Thank you BahadirAlp for sharing your thoughts! - jillDeveloper Employment Verification stuck at Rejected / Pending Partner Action
Hello moderators, Our Developer program verification has been stuck at Employment Verification since well before the estimated completion date of 27 June 2026, showing "Rejected / Pending Partner Action". The Partner track on the same legal profile is fully Authorized, so this appears specific to the Developer vetting flow. We are a registered Norwegian company with matching public registry records, and our primary contact email is on the same domain as our Entra tenant. Public WHOIS for lingtechapps.com lists Registrant Organization: LINGTECHAPPS AS and Registrant Country: NO, matching our legal business profile. However, the registrant email and postal address are replaced by our registrar's privacy-protection service. If the automated check compares our primary contact email against the registrant contact, it would fail on that redacted field even though the organisation name matches correctly. We can supply a registrar-issued ownership certificate from Domeneshop AS showing the full registrant details, and a Brønnøysund Register Centre company certificate, on request. We cannot resolve this ourselves. Three separate routes are blocked: 1. Clicking Resolve on the Verification Summary page opens a panel containing only the "Document submitted successfully" banner and a greyed-out Submit button. No document type selector or upload field is rendered. The Action Center notification for our Seller ID instructs us to upload the required document in the Account Verification pane — which is precisely the control that does not render. 2. Creating a support request in Partner Center fails: after selecting Account verification > Employment verification and signing in, /dashboard/v2/support/servicerequests/create redirects to the Service health page instead of a request form. 3. The Microsoft 365 admin center Support Assistant loops without producing a ticket, returning unrelated articles instead of a contact option. We have also received no email requesting further information at our primary contact address, junk folder included. Could a Community Manager please escalate this to the Partner Vetting team? Specifically, we would like to know which document type and which data mismatch the Employment step is waiting on, and either to have the Resolve panel repaired for our Seller ID or to submit documentation through another channel. Happy to share Seller ID, tenant ID and screenshots by DM rather than posting them publicly. Thank you.Requesting escalation to Vetting team — MAICPP Legal Info/Identifiers blank, no MPN ID
Hi, I'm requesting an escalation to the Partner Trust & Safety / Vetting team for a Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program (MAICPP) enrollment that appears stuck in an unreachable state. Purpose: obtaining a Partner ID (MPN ID) to complete publisher verification for an Entra app registration. What's happening: I signed up for MAICPP as an Independent Software Vendor (ISV) and received confirmation the account was ready. Since then, Account settings, Legal Info page is completely blank, with no fields, no status, no Fix Now button, and no Get support link. Account settings, Identifiers page is also completely blank, with no Partner ID shown anywhere. Account settings, Agreements shows nothing accepted. I also cannot open a support ticket through the normal Contact Support flow, since the Workspace field returns "No results found" and won't accept typed input, tested in both a normal browser session and a fresh incognito window. What I've already ruled out: I verified a custom domain on our Entra tenant and confirmed it shows "Verified." I confirmed the admin user has the Global Administrator role. I confirmed Usage location, First name, Last name, and Display name are all filled in on the Entra user. I also confirmed there is no general Azure or Partner Center outage, since Service health shows all services as "Good." Since there is no visible verification or vetting status anywhere in my account, and the self-service support ticket path is non-functional, I have no way to know whether this is a rejected vetting status, a stuck enrollment, or something else, and no way to self-resolve it. Could a Community Manager please escalate this for manual review? Happy to provide any additional details, tenant ID, or screenshots via DM. Thank you for your time.Hardware Program Enrollment Deadlocked / Corrupted Tenant State & Severe Support Failures
Subject: URGENT ESCALATION: Hardware Program Enrollment Deadlocked / Corrupted Tenant State & Severe Support Failures To the Partner Center Operations and Escalation Team: I am an independent developer urgently needing access to the Hardware Developer Program to sign custom software and hardware drivers. My organization is currently trapped in a backend account deactivation loop caused by a UI/database bug during enrollment, and standard support channels have completely failed to assist me. Telemetry / Error Tracing (Restricted Access Error): CorrelationID: 0f815788-6179-43b6-a42f-82bad4469539. Correlation Vector: I80WgZGiXUqKzadn.4. Date: 06 Aug 2026 01:27:15 +00:00. The Background: My organization is fully verified. Both Developer and Partner verifications are complete and green across the board. I initially began the Hardware Program enrollment process under my original business name. Shortly after, I updated our legal business name to include our "LLC" designation. This specific sequence of events is what broke the system. The Technical Issue: Altering the legal name mid-enrollment has catastrophically corrupted my Azure AD / Entra ID tenant state on the Partner Center backend. First, the Ghost Profiles: In the top-right account switcher, my single email address now displays two separate organizational profiles (the original name and the newly designated LLC name). Second, Single Tenant ID: However, both of these profiles map to the exact same underlying Tenant ID. Third, Missing Workspace: Because the backend system sees a mismatch between the original enrollment name and the new LLC verification, it has silently deactivated my hardware access. The "Hardware" and "Agreements" workspaces are completely missing from the left-hand navigation pane. Fourth, The Restricted Access Loop: If I attempt to manually force navigation to the exact hardware dashboard endpoints via the address bar, I receive a hard "Restricted Access" error (generating the telemetry above). The system then incorrectly tells me that I need to request authorization from myself (the Global Admin) to access it, despite being logged in as the Global Admin. The Support Failure: I have spent over 48 hours attempting to resolve this, resulting in completely unacceptable behavior from frontline support. Regarding Abandoned Tickets: I have submitted support tickets that are being completely ignored. One ticket received a single initial response, and has since gone dead silent with zero follow-up or solutions provided. I opened a second ticket which has received absolutely zero response. Regarding Agents Hanging Up: I have successfully bypassed the automated phone bot to reach a human representative on two separate occasions. In both instances, the support agent simply hung up on me rather than attempting to log the backend issue or escalate the call. Frontline support is actively avoiding this issue because they lack the database permissions to resolve a corrupted tenant split. The Request: I cannot use the standard Partner Center ticketing UI to open a Hardware support case because the workspace is suppressed from my dashboard. I need an escalation manager or a database engineer from the Partner Center Operations team to manually review this tenant using the provided Correlation ID. Please clear the corrupted enrollment state, merge the ghost profiles, and restore the Hardware workspace permissions to my verified LLC profile (even if that requires me to re-enroll in the hardware program) so I can complete my driver signing agreements.Persistent AU10TIX identity verification error and inability to open support ticket
Hello everyone. I am facing a recurring block during the identity verification process in the Microsoft Partner Center using AU10TIX. I have already performed all necessary checks. The registration data is strictly identical to the presented documents, the RG photo is submitted with excellent lighting, and the selfie is captured without accessories, using the native camera and without using a VPN or restrictive networks. Despite all criteria being met, the system immediately returns the error message Sorry, we were unable to complete your verification and the profile remains locked. Additionally, it is not possible to open a support ticket through the partner portal because the system requires the workspace field as mandatory, which we do not have yet due to the current status of the account, completely preventing the submission of support requests through traditional channels. How can I proceed to solve this problem? Thank you for your help.Business Verification stuck "Rejected / Pending Partner Action" — appeal (Resolve) button fails
I'm requesting a Community Manager escalate this to the Partner Vetting / Trust & Safety team. We have an open Partner Support case that has stalled, and our self-service path is blocked by what appears to be a platform defect. Situation: Our Developer-program Business Verification shows "Rejected / Pending Partner Action." Per Microsoft's own "Submit a verification appeal" article, an appeal is submitted by clicking Resolve (or User Action Needed) on the Verification Summary page. On our account, that exact Resolve button fails every time: - The Account Verification panel opens but errors with "Unable to load conversation details. Please try again or contact support if the problem persists." - The browser console shows, on every attempt: UploadError: "No authentication identifier provided" (thrown at resolveConversation / getUploadStatus). - No document-type selector or upload field ever loads, so we cannot submit or resubmit a document. - Help + Support / Create support request also fails to load. So Microsoft's documented remediation is impossible for us to perform — this is not a document or eligibility problem on our side. A Microsoft 365 support engineer has already confirmed in writing that this is a Partner Center platform issue outside their team's access. Several partners have reported the identical Resolve-panel / authentication failure on this board within the past week, which points to a platform-side defect rather than a documentation gap. Request: 1. A manual appeal / reset by the Vetting team so a working resubmission path opens, or acceptance of our business document out of band. 2. The specific reason our Business Verification was rejected, so we can prepare the correct official document (we have a limited number of appeal attempts and don't want to spend one on the wrong document). I'm happy to share our Seller ID, Partner ID, Tenant ID, the open Partner Support case number, and screenshots privately via DM. This is currently blocking a Microsoft Marketplace / Copilot launch. Thanks in advance.
