Hi all, I'm having an issue on teams, where images uploaded from a mobile phone (.jpg's) download on a computer as .png 's . When I open them in Photoshop I get the error that's attached. I've gone manually through file explorer and renamed the extension on the downloaed image back to .jpg and that solves the problem. But this is a major issue for my team, as one of our primary uses for teams was to be sending images from phones into chats to be downloaded and edited... Any tips? I have tried: Manually changing the image handing settings in teams to upload full-size images (this does result in a full-size image, but still has a filename change) Any advice at all would be greatly appreciated! The OneDrive on my laptop isn't allowing me to upload any files as it is saying I don't have any storage available, but when I open OneDrive on the browser, it shows more than sufficient storage as I pay the subscription fee. Is there any reason as to why this is happening? I have contacted Microsoft support, which have been no help at all, giving solutions to problems which is not the issue I'm experiencing. The Microsoft support page is no help at all and trying to raise a support ticket is more or less impossible as the website keeps blocking the request. Now bear in mind i have went again and paid the subscription fee now for a second time to see if this fixed the problem, and no luck, took the money and no difference. I have uninstalled OneDrive from my laptop, I have reset the onedrive, i have tried all imaginable tasks, with no help from Microsoft Support. Does anyone have any solutions to this? Please ensure that they are issued within the previous 12 months. Domain registration / Domain invoice at registration or renewal that lists Entity/Username and domain as it is stated on your account. How does one get past this stage? I've provided the documents, massaged all the forms I could find and only get the same canned responses with no actual support value. The domain is a verified domain in Entra Admin. All company information in the forms are EXACT and as requested, yet not accepted. What is not supposedly not exact and where is impossible to tell. Each Task List can have a theme, which changes the colors of the Tasks for that list. For example I have my personal lists set to blue and my work lists set to red. Before I updated to 2.77 today (or at least very recently), these colors would persist to My Day. This would allow me to easily see the general type of a Task according to the color of the Task completion circle. This is no longer happening, in My Day all tasks are blue. Hello everyone, Me again! I'm wondering if you can give me some advice about to create a glossary in SharePoint. The topic my SharePoint is about is quite complicated and I want an easily searchable glossary of terms. Unfortunately our IT department won't let me download the free app that I've seen suggested without applying for them to look at it, test it etc. This process is likely to take several months. Because of the length of time and with no guarantee of being able to have it at the end of it, I really need to create the glossary from scratch. Ideally I'm looking for a navigation bar with the letters of the alphabet and then being able to click on the letter to bring up all terms starting with that letter. Hi, I have been trying to enroll in the partner center since January. I am stuck at the step Employment Verification. I have uploaded all requested documents like domain name registration, domain name invoice, TXT file, etc, but everytime I get the message ' Based on the information you have provided to date, we have determined that your organization does not currently meet the requirements to pass verification' without any further explanation what exactly is wrong or why I am not meeting the requirement and how to fix it. It is driving me crazy, and making me very frustrated to be frank, that Microsoft is not able (or not willing) to help me in a decent way by letting me talk to a real life person. Because in my honest opinion the issue would be solved quite easily. I have opened several tickets already, but the answer is every time the same without any clear explanation what the problem is and how to solve it. Can please someone help me. I am a self employed developer who wants to enroll in the partner center and buy the partner benefits to use them for my every day work. Found the solution, which was there in front of my eyes all this time but I didn't pay enough attention. I am a teacher - I created multiple booking calendars for classes I teach, for the purpose of setting up meetings with students. When I last logged into Bookings, I tried to "Open" one of my calendars (to make some changes in the backend about my availability), however I was met with the message "We can't find any booking calendars". All of my booking calendars are gone. Nothing, but the calendar I most recently made is accessible in Bookings. However, oddly, my calendars still remain active online. So the problem is that I now don't have backend access to make changes to the calendar, I can't even delete them if I wanted too, but yet they remain live for students. Basically, I can no longer update the bookings pages I created. Any ideas on how to fix this? Here is the error message I receive: Even as I just open the search bar (without actually typing anything to search for), I get the "We can't find any booking calendars" message...
