I can't add members to private channels!
I can't add members to private channels. Sometimes I can; sometimes I can't. Also having issues adding guests to teams channels. I have tried the following things: In the desktop app, I removed the (guest) members added them back -did not work try to add them from admin portal - doesn't work log off log in on account did not work mobile did not work please help me! (sorry for my bad English)
How do I create a Sharepoint glossary without using an app?
Hello everyone, Me again! I'm wondering if you can give me some advice about to create a glossary in SharePoint. The topic my SharePoint is about is quite complicated and I want an easily searchable glossary of terms. Unfortunately our IT department won't let me download the free app that I've seen suggested without applying for them to look at it, test it etc. This process is likely to take several months. Because of the length of time and with no guarantee of being able to have it at the end of it, I really need to create the glossary from scratch. Ideally I'm looking for a navigation bar with the letters of the alphabet and then being able to click on the letter to bring up all terms starting with that letter. Does anyone know a simple way of doing this? Thanks in advance as always, Amber

I need to create a Teams meeting invite using Calendar where the candidate being interviewed has to wait in the lobby until they are permitted into the meeting by the hosts. Whenever I start the Cloud Shell, I get the following error: Warning: Failed to mount the Azure file share. Your cloud drive won't be available. Your Cloud Shell session will be ephemeral so no files or system changes will persist beyond your current session. Can anyone help?

I know this should be easy but we had no help at all with this. Here are the instructions for this step: "Insert an IF function in cell E5 to calculate the total due. If the student has chosen to personalize the ring, there is an additional charge of 5% located in cell B21 that must be applied; if not, the student only pays the base price. Found the solution, which was there in front of my eyes all this time but I didn't pay enough attention. Edge shows the correct syntax [*.]example.com so entering [*.]live.com is acceptable and fixes the issue! lesson learned: always pay attention to the info on the screen.
Notifications from Planner in Teams
I am setting up a checklist system in teams using planner, whenever some comments on a 'task' it sends an email to all those assigned to the task. Is there any way to switch this off, and only have it come up as a notification on the teams app. We would like to avoid spamming emails as this system will be used quite often, but it is important that a notification is received by the assigned members (preferably on teams) when someone comments on the task.
