Callouts in Word

Hi all,

I refuse to believe there is no option in Word to create yellow CIRCLE callout (not a speech bubble) with a number in it and an arrow sticking out and pointing. Is this really the case or my Word is broken (I only have squares available)?

This is a big deal for me.  Please, Microsoft, don't disappoint me. Don't make me switch to some other product because of this...

Sorry, you do have to believe it. Go to Help>Feedback>I have a suggestion and suggest that such a facility be added to Word.
