Author query

Querying whether the author name changes.

I created a Word document & typed up some notes & saved it. I then emailed the document to a friend..who opened it, but chose to edit over it, make changes etc.

Will my name remain as the document author or will it change to my friends name?

The document info should still include your name as the creator/author. Your friend's (user) name will be added as the last editor of the document.
