Issue with Shared Drive Access on Client Computers - Windows Server 2019

I'm encountering a problem with the shared drive functionality on our network, specifically when client computers attempt to connect. Despite having shared drive capabilities enabled on our Windows Server 2019 setup, clients are unable to access the shared resources. I suspect this might be related to security settings or permissions, but I haven't been able to pinpoint the exact cause.

 

Any guidance on troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated.
