Currently I have build 21996.1 of Win 11 Pro, but recently the build 20000 has been released in windows update to me does not appear.
How can I update the system?

How did you installed the Windows 11?
Have you update it from the Windows Insider?
If you have download it from other websites, there are not official and you have to format your device and then install a Windows 10 and join the Windows insider program and then you may install the Windows 11 through the Dev channel.
