I want to use Windows 10 but went Insider and leaved but it still tries to install insiders preview

I wanted to emulate Windows 10 x and needed Windows 10 Build 19500 so i searched how to. It said I needed to be Insider but now it tries to install Insider 11, i thought there is still for 10. and now i leaved but it tries to install win 11 preview... how can i stop that?

I shot my PC down to it interrups the installation (in windows 10 settings where stood install, not the actual installer). Now it is saying that there was a problem (luckly). But how can i remove it now? is there a way or will this message bother me the rest of my days till i update?
