The copilot feature is being released in phases and it might take some time before you see it.
In this case, I advise you to check for update regularly and you will see it in the future.

Announcing Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 25967 (Canary Channel) | Windows Insider Blog

There is no announcement in the Blog - Copilot, I think synchronization is not possible , 

it's early code and only a launch by the Insider Engineering Team can be rolled out to Canary.

Copilot = no longer requires additional testing in the unstable version of Canary where new features are tested -> that are planned to be implemented.
Currently, Copilot even works on Windows10.
