@chshehrozen you just need to sign up for microsoft insider program for free using your Microsoft account.

After doing so, you won’t get that error again when downloading.

@jeatalla I wanted to say, I'm already logged in, but it turned out you were right. Even though I was logged in with my account, when I opened https://insider.windows.com/en-us/reg... it dropped me to a new tab, where I had to log in again (weird). After I performed logging in, the download started.
