I want to see whether it's just me or anyone else is seeing this too, where contents of UWP apps, such as Xbox app or Feedback hub app flash, elements of apps like texts, pictures etc.
they keep flashing as if they are being refreshed constantly.
@HotCakeX - yes. Many apps now constantly flash since joining the Windows Insider program. But this includes a very old version of Paint-Shop-Pro (v5 - around 1998??) and also winver.exe.
