Amazon App Store "This App Will Not Work On Your Device" even though requirements appear to be met

Hi, I'm trying to install the amazon app store on my laptop. I just got the latest beta. All the requirements have a green checkmark in the windows store. I've enabled virtualization in windows features, and still no change. Anyone know why I'm not compatible? Here's my specs:

Processor AMD Ryzen 3 3250U with Radeon Graphics 2.60 GHz
Installed RAM 8.00 GB (5.92 GB usable)
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Pen and touch No pen or touch input is available for this display

My primary disk (C:) is an SSD, though I have an HDD as a secondary drive (D:).

My region is set to US

OS Build: 22623.730

Windows Store Version: 22207.1401.9.0

Hardware virtualization support is on. I've enabled Virtual Machine Platform and Windows Hypervisor Platform in Windows Features.

So far, I've done everything short of removing the HDD from the machine, but I can't for the life of me think why a secondary drive would affect an app installed from the windows store.

Anyone have a clue as to why I wouldn't be compatible with the WSA and Amazon app store?

AFAIK, you also need US based Amazon account.

@Kapil Arya I have one of those as well, but I can't even get far enough to need it
