Copilot for Dynamics CE - Contact Login
Hi all, I am planning to create a bot in the copilot studio for Dynamics CE, where my customers (contact) will be able to get their data. Example, if my customer want to get status for a particular case or product or any customer entity info, they can query the bot and the bot will return the data to my customers. My question is how to allow my customers to login and view only their data through the bot Any idea/guide would be greatly appreciated. Hi all, I would appreciate if someone can help me please. I have come across a situation where documents and folders are missing from SharePoint when one of my colleague has synchronized his desktop with SharePoint. I have tried to check in the recycle, but could not find any of the files. Is there a way to find how to recover these files/folders? Hi,miller34mike This does not work. As i had mentioned, I have a label "Confidential - Authorised", and when i set this label to a word document, i get the following prompt: Here, I input the gmail account of the user to whom i want to send the document. When the user receive the mail, download the document and try to open the document, he cant open. He is being asked a Microsoft account. So in such situation what should be done? Any hint? Hi all, I have a Label and i have set the following configuration: My query is, is it possible to send a document with that label set to a gmail account user or any other mail. Hi all, I have created a Label "Confidential" and a sub label "Confidential External" and in the encryption section i have the following options that have been set: I have published the policy. The issue that I am having, is that the Label "Confidential - External" is not appearing on any new doc on SharePoint and Teams. However, when i had tried it on OneDrive on my desktop, i can see it. Hi all, I have a scenario where I have setup 3 labels: Public; Internal; Confidential. My question is how to share a document that has been labelled "Confidential" to external users who are not in my tenant? The document can be on SharePoint sites or OneDrive. Any help/guide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,
