Label not appearing on Teams, SharePoint
Hi all,
I have created a Label "Confidential" and a sub label "Confidential External" and in the encryption section i have the following options that have been set:
I have published the policy.
The issue that I am having, is that the Label "Confidential - External" is not appearing on any new doc on SharePoint and Teams.
However, when i had tried it on OneDrive on my desktop, i can see it.
Anyone can guide/help me, if i have missed any config, please.

Yes, it is in preview at the moment but unfortunately, I cannot help you get this preview enabled as I do not work for Microsoft. I also do not have this preview enabled and believe we missed the cutoff to get this access.

Hi Vinay -
Thank you for your post. This is due to having selected the "User defined" encryption setting. Currently, labels with this encryption setting will not appear in office online applications but will appear in the desktop applications. This is a feature coming from Microsoft, set to begin general availability rollouts in July. You can follow the status of this roadmap item at the below link.

But it says, "Preview Available - April 2023".
Should I enable something or do a configuration so that it appears in "preview" mode?
