Clarification needed

We are already using Universal Print to allow clients to print on devices connected to Azure, however, we would need also ERP systems such as Oracle EBS or SAP to send print jobs via a print server.

In this way, we would get rid of the VPN requirement for small offices.

Good idea ;)

Would direct integration between Universal Print and these ERP systems (ERP software using Universal Print APIs to send print jobs to the printer) address the scenario you need to support, or does it have to be through a Print Server?

Hello @Rani_Abdellatif, since there are many ERPs out there, I believe it would be easier to rely on a print server connection as a normal shared printer.
