The following info statement in Azure SQL Servers | Security | Networking | Public Access | Exceptions for "Allow Azure services and resources to access this server" states that this includes connections from the subscriptions of OTHER customers. Does this create a security risk by allowing azure subscriptions of other customers IF my public network access is set to "Selected Networks"? If so, what would be a good example of how this could be exploited maliciously?
