I was wondering if I I could use the holiday scheduled in one of my work flows. Transfer of the call works fine e.g. I have it call a users desk when the holiday schedule is set. For Example when I set the holiday schedule from 14:00 to 15:00. Expecting at 15:01 to switch back over to the normal Queue. But for some reason it does not. I thought maybe i was doing something wrong with my powershell so I decided uc geeks tool from a few years ago to create a simple holiday Schedule. Same result. I can manually remove the holiday Schedule and reverts back. My guess if I wait until midnight it will revert back.
Any ideas?
