Greetings
I am looking for details of how all user generated data is managed in a Skype for Business 2019. I would like to then fulfill customer compliance requirements e.g. clean up any data created from conferencing, sharing etc. Also to make sure housekeeping is done of user data.
For a start knowing what is stored in Office Online Server and for how long and how to control the retention. As for File Share, what is stored in there which is user specific and for how long and which directory / sub-directory .
