We currently have an issue were one of our users when joining an external Skype meeting get's the following error when they select the call me feature:
Unauthenticated users can't join from or dial out to another device
This only happens when they join an external Skype meeting where the domain is not federated.
Our setup is a hybrid deployment and the user is homed in O365.
