Thanks for sharing this! As someone that just finished a Sonus CloudLink deployment, I can definitely attest to the fact that it is critical (if you despise headaches) to upgrade your Comms Service, then the Firmware, and finally the CCE Image, BEFORE deploying the CCE wizard. Much better experience if you do go down that route first.

Thanks again!

Thank you, Josh. Totally agreed with you that it's critical to have Sonus running with latest stable version of Comms Service, Firmware and CCE Image altogether first.

It brings a whole lot of better experiences. Btw, were you able to login to all 4VMs after Sonus 1.6.2 upgrade? In my case, I cannot login to all 4VMs though I typed correct password I set during prepare CCE stage. Thank you.

Yes, I can login to all four VMs. Odd that you are unable to, I have not heard of that issue before. Are you trying to log in with the local Admin account, or the sfb-ccedomain\administrator account, since they are domain-joined?

Josh

Thanks Josh. I managed to login to all 4 VMs too, my bad -- found out "keyboard CAP is on" :D .
