Will disabling publishing server features affect wiki page libraries

My IT department is currently migrating content (including pages) from our SP13 site to a modern SPO teams site. They have enabled publishing server features to allow the wiki pages to be copied from SP13.  This has as expected pushed the SPO site navigation to the left hand rail with no ability to change it under these publishing settings.

Once the migration finishes I hope to disable publishing features to give me back the 'navigation' function under change the look, but I am wondering if doing this will impact the migrated wiki pages/library, and if so in what way?

Hi,

It should not, but to verify the migration process I would recommend to do a test migration first and check everything it's working as expected
