show/hide dropdown choices in column

Hi,

Currently I have a Status column with the following choices:

• Submitted
• Accepted
• In-progress
• Canceled
• Completed. 

Is there a way to show the following:

1. Status = Submitted
   • Accepted
   • canceled
2. Status = Accepted
   • In-progress 
   • canceled
3. Status = In-Progress
   •  Canceled
   • Completed

No, there is not such option when you add a new item or edit an existing one

Submitted - Accepted 
Submitted - Cancelled 
Accepted - In Progress 

Accepted - Cancelled 

Etc.
