So I use an excel sharepoint query table to produce a document list that I then export to pdf using a macro. All the links to documents in the table are still active in the pdf. The issue is that when I export the table as pdf with the macro (which does a whole load of formatting stuff as well) all the links are to the files held on sharepoint but when I export using the export command without the macro the links in the pdf become links to the sync'd versions of the documents on my local machine not the sharepoint versions so nobody else can access those links. The links in the excel table are still to sharepoint versions but links in pdf are to local versions.
I have tried to use a dedicated export macro rather than my usual one but this does the same thing. Logic would suggest that there is something else in the fornatting macro which prevents this happening but I can't see what. Macros and sharepoint don't play very well together.
