Sharepoint Default Title Column, how to make it "ABC_2023_0001" and +1 for each item

Hi,

 

How can I set the default value like "ABC_2023_0001" and +1 for each item. But i want it dynamic enough for when the year changes to 2024, etc.

"ABC_[YEAR]_" + 0001 .. something like this..
