Properties window of documents in Modern view broken

When opening the properties window (not the side pane) of a document in a modern document library, the view is scrambled (ie empty) and unusable.

Anyone having the same issue?

We have this issue. I opened a ticket with Microsoft and they said I wasn't the only one that reported it.

Microsoft support stated Metalogix caused this issue. Are you using any Metalogix product in your tenant?

We have a possibly related issue. Our properties pane stops working after a document is selected. Looks to be a combination of: 

• A new update
• Chrome and Firefox
• Non-US locale

Using IE or US locale and things work fine. 

In the browser tools you can see an error with date formatting.

Microsoft support have semi-acknowledged the issue, waiting on further details / resolution

No, we don't use Metalogix, but we have Nintex installed.

Are you referring to the locale of the site or the browser?

We see an error in the source with this line.
