Missing Log file during 2016 Upgrade

I'm installing April Update for 2016 using the PSConfig UI Wizard. It initially failed, i fixed the problem and the UI showed success, but when I look at Upgrade Status page, it only lists the failure and not the success. The PSCConfig file in the logs folder does not show an error, but there is not a Upgrade companion file. Any idea what is going on or how to fix?

Are you being prompted to upgrade any databases or are any servers marked as upgrade needed/required? If not, ignore it.

No everything looked fine, there were no prompts. I ended up running psconfig.exe from the cmd line and that generated a log file that showed a successful upgrade of that server. I wanted to be able to show my customer that every server was successfully upgraded.

Yeah, that log can be misleading.
