Linking to Alteryx from Sharepoint Quick Links - URL changes

Hi,

I am linking from a sharepoint home page quick links section to an alteryx website: https://alteryx2021.com/gallery/#%21app...etcetc

it adds the %21...  why is this being added to the url? is there a way this doesnt get added to the url?
