I'm looking for a simple example of how I can use a form on the internet (to collect name and email for people showing interest on a public internet website) - and where clicking "submit" creates a new entry in my "registrations online" custom sharepoint list.
I have attached a slide describing this in further detail.
Any one has an idea?
To be specific:
the internet form is hosted "somewhere else"
the sharepoint list is on a "private" sharepoint hosted on Microsoft365
Thanks in advance!

@JanElde We use Power Automate and Microsoft Forms for this. External people fill in their details via Microsoft Form and a Power Automate rule copies this information to a SharePoint list?

@David GormanI'm new to Microsoft Forms, but how do I get the form code I need?
I only seem to be able to get an "iframe" snippet wich displays (in a very uggly way on top of it) a link to a form...
Following the link, I don't think it actually is a form, it looks more like a a set of scripts that display boxes in which you can write text... doesn't integrate with my website at all.... and it looks terrible.
I have implemented this "fudge" but there must be a proper way to do it, as clearly data is collected and sent?
