This items generated automatically outside.
Also I've a Power Automate workflow to add permissions to this items according to their AssignedGroup field value. For example, I want Item1 to be visible only to members of group AzureADTestGroup.
But, given that the trigger When an item is created or modified, the flow does not start immediately, but after some time. It turns out that just at this time, everyone can see the items.
Please tell me, is it possible to somehow hide items from visibility for third-party users who are not assigned to a specific item?
I tried using Target Audience, but it doesn't work on the modern page in the lists.
