Bonjour à tous,
J'ai un formulaire contenant une liste d'options (département 1, 2 et 3), et je cherche à savoir si selon l'option choisie, il était possible que le formulaire soit soumis au mail group approprié?
Ou si celui-ci pouvait être envoyé sur telle ou telle liste SharePoint? Toujours selon l'option sélectionnée.
C'est dans le cadre d'une gestion répartie sur plusieurs sites, j'essaie de trouver une solution pour que chaque antenne ne fasse chacune un formulaire différent pour une finalité identique.
Merci d'avance pour votre aide, je ne suis pas habitué mais j'aime apprendre

Solution@thelastredwolf yes this can be done quite easily with a flow in Power Automate. After the "When a new response is submitted" trigger and the "Get response details" action you add a switch control based on the department selected by the responder. Inside each case you add the email to the relevant department. In the same flow you can also create an item in a SharePoint list to save the response to each question in the form.
