Hi,
When the user is trying to open quick links in SharePoint to open PowerPoint, Excel and Word files the documents gets downloaded instead of opened in the Web browser.
When the user does the same for PDF files they get opened in the web browser.
This issue is not persist in tenant for all users. Some are able to view correctly and in Edge browser its working fine. So issue overserved with Chrome browser.
Any help or guidance on this issue will be very helpful to troubleshoot the problem.
