Information pop up message

When searching in SP and a zero result is obtained, it is possible to automate a pop up message that conveys a helpful message, such as contact a person for more information

@marionkd it might be possible to build something with the SPFx SharePoint framework, but it's not possible out-of-the-box either with SharePoint on its own or using a flow in Power Automate.
