Has anyone thought about using Planner for goal setting and tracking? I have a team of 10 employees and we lack a good HRIS system where goals can be entered and tracked.
It depends on the goals. Planner is a task management app, so it tracks whether tasks are done or not - not so much goals which would usually be driven by a metric as opposed to binary complete/incomplete.
Have you considered project online as an alternative for Planner? It provides much more features oriented to have a real tracking about how a Project is performing
