Is there any official guide as to which versions of Outlook still support VML tags and on which operating systems?
VML tags are a commonly used technique to get rounded buttons or backgrounds to work in Outlook HTML.
The latest desktop version of Outlook running on Windows 10 supports VML tags (as described here: https://backgrounds.cm), however, Outlook running on iOS and on some surface devices seems to not support VML?
