If I click on the following link while already logged into Outlook Live, it will generate an email with correctly decoded Chinese characters (see reference 1). However, if I click on the link while signed out, after I log into Outlook Live, the redirect logic brings me to an email with raw unicode being shown (see reference 2).
I believe this is in an issue with the already encoded characters in the redirect URI being encoded again during redirect. Are there any workarounds for this bug? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
