What I want to do - Hyperlink a template of an appointment to automatically open with a template form. Details will then be changed manually and the attendees updated before sending.
I am able to save a calendar appoinment to the desired location and hyperlink to it within my spreadsheets so it opens automatically. However when I hyperlink it defaults to my calendar and not the shared inbox calendar. Is there a way to save the template so it always opens to a new appointment assigned to the shared inbox calendar.
I can not run Macros as there are security requirements I need to meet
