After Mar 2021 update for outlook 365 apps, outlook always freezes up/hangs up. This is happened in 2 of 200 machines. All 200 machines uses latest build 2102 13801.20360 March 18, 2021.
Below troubleshoots done:-
1. Quick repair and Online Repair
2. Repair OST
3. Reverted update to 2002 v12527.21686 but still no change
4. Deleted outlook profile and created new profile
5. Uninstalled latest update installed on windows
Completed all troubleshoots above but still outlook app keeps freezes/hangs up and after sometime app crashes.
