My old email has been hacked. I contacted Microsoft and asked them to lock it or close it but they can't. Another problem with that is this email is my security email, which means they potentially have access to all my email addresses. What can I do about this?
I've tried to add a 2-step factor, but that required changing my old phone number, which I needed to wait a month for (time I don't have). I also tried to change the email of the other accounts but they also require waiting a month.
I need someone from Microsoft to lock or close my account ASAP so they cannot access my other email addresses. I don't know any alternatives I can do.
