Occasional Visitor

Hello,

I've been using Outlook for about 5 years now with our Office365 business account and within the last 5 weeks or so almost all of my emails to clients/potential clients are going stright to their junk mail folders which is causing issues with clients feeling like they aren't being serviced or cummunicated to.  Is there anything I can do on my end to help my emails NOT get flagged by clients email programs as potential spam/junk???  Not sure why this has become an issue all of a sudden.

Hi @EricFogg

Take a look at the DNS records for your custom domain and at a minimum make sure you have an SPF record configured as per this link. Set up SPF to help prevent spoofing - Office 365 | Microsoft Docs.

Thanks, Ash
