Customer using Outlook 2021. When I create a new email and click on To: to add addresses when the contact/address book opens I only see a list of names. It does not show the usual display of three tabs such as: Name - Display Name - Email Address as shown in the picture attached. I have run quick repair, online repair. I uninstalled and reinstalled. Then I used Revo uninstaller to do it again removing all remnants from registry etc. No change. How does one get it to display again. The only anomaly I can think of is they have around 15 contact groups and these show at the top and of course they would not be broken into Name - Display Name - Email Address. Even scrolling down to where the names are listed individually does not change this. Any help would be welcomed.
