Converting email to PDF

Hello, 

I am trying to convert a email of a newsletter to PDF, but when I use traditional methods the images come out blurred and it places them on to separate pages. Overall it does not look great. Is there a way to convert the email to PDF so that it looks as good as the email?

You can use an automation tool which will convert your emails automatically to PDF or any other format, like 'Automatic Email Manager' from 'Namtuk'. It works fine and runs on background.

Just follow the steps to find your solution.

1. Open the email you wish to convert to PDF. Find and click the Print icon.
2. Change the “Destination” of the document from the dialogue menu.
3. Select “Save as PDF” from the destination menu. ...
4. Your computer file directories are now visible in the “Save As” dialogue box
